Very good for value hotel”
This 4 star hotel is complete if you are looking for a really nice affordable hotel. They have nice rooms with couch (I love rooms with couches/sofas), a bathroom complete with a tub and a separate shower area! They also have complete amenities needed in a hotel such as bathroom hygiene supplies, flat iron, hair dryer, slippers and note pad. I also love the location of the hotel, and it is just few minutes away from the malls such as Oman Avenues. And only beside Panorama mall! Very convenient. The breakfast buffet is also good enough and I love that they have hot chocolate! Apart from the amenities is the friendly and accommodating staff. I love that they agree for late check in and for my luggages to stay for the meantime in their hotel as I do not have any place to stay in Muscat and I already checked out. The service should really be a top priority in any establishments. Keep up the good work. This is my 3rd time in their hotel and I would again book it for next time.

Good clean hotel with comfy beds and pillows. Staff was helpful, although there was no number to call reception from our room, we had to go down to request extra amenities which were also never bought up to us. They forgot to refill our bathroom amenities and tea and coffee bar a few times so we also had to keep asking for that which got tiresome. Aside from these minor details, it has a great location (very close to malls) and the room is nice and most importantly the air conditioning is quiet! Would stay here again.

Lovely reasonably priced hotel ”
Great newish hotel. I booked based on the reviews I read on trip advisor and I was not disappointed. I booked an executive room on the 5 floor. My room was large, bed was king size with slippers and bath robe a nice touch. The hotel and staff are excellent, as a single female in Muscat I felt well cared for and nothing was ever too much trouble.The hotel is located right next to a mall with various eating places. This was my first visit to Muscat which is a lovely city with warm friendly people. Muscat is very expensive, but the deal I got with Agoda was excellent value for money. I will be staying here when visiting Muscat in future and recommending it to my friends and colleagues.

Check in policy is 1400 hrs I arrived 1530 and told me rooms are not ready and need one hour to be ready. I asked the receptionist to make the check in and key ready and I will come later. Came back 2000 hrs and I have to make the check in again The toilet near the reception is very dirty may be bad day for the hotel

Very nice hotel”
The Levatio is a new hotel situated in the heart of Muscat. It is new so the decor is modern, new and clean. Breakfast was a buffet and the food was well prepared and well presented in a very nice restaurant. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Because it was Ramadhan the hotel was very quiet. I felt very rested staying there and would probably book again if I return to Muscat.
