This hotel is located in the heart of the city center with everything within walking distance. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was ok with some variance every day, and egg options cooked by order. Only western food options like bacon and potatoes was not good (too much well done). I think the kitchen staff was new and in training, Pool was under maintenance, but we was offered pool access in hotel near by. I will recommend this hotel to anyone because of the great location.

Clean hotel, great location. ”
If you're in HCMC for sightseeing, this is a great location, around the corner from Cho Ben Thanh. Just a few blocks from Nguyen Hue, and Dong Hoi, and the river. A most excellent breakfast is served daily. If you like micro breweries, there are at least 4 close by with some great beers. Great restaurants too - if you want a steak, El Gaucho is close by!

Centrally located and Great Service ”
The hotel is centrally located and very near to Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Centre and so easy to get to businesses, offices, shops and tourist sights too. Hotel is spacious and tastefully done up. I stayed in a deluxe room which was well-maintained, spacious and clean, with working equipment and toiletries. All staff, from reception to concierge to waitstaff were professional, friendly and helpful, making the stay just great! I needed to extend my stay midway though and staff were able to find another available room at the same price, despite the hotel being packed. Thoughtful and good service. I highly recommend it!

Good location, value for money”
Very near Ben Thanh Market and opposite the hotel along the alley there's a really delicious restaurant and some local nail parlors. The beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Nothing to complain about but if there was an option for an extra chair would be nice. There is only 1 chair for the twin room and one of us often have to sit on the luggage bench. Overall recommend for the price 👍

We had a few nights here over Christmas time it’s in a really good location and the staff were very helpful in anything we requested and it’s costs next to nothing the rooms were clean etc would defo recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho chi min city

Good location and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and loved its location, close to everything. The only downside was they gave us a smoking room free room filled with smoking smell. They attempted to retify the issue with room sprays. Unfortunately, the smelly could not be eradicated we requested for a room change. It took a while for them to locate another room due to full booking.

Clean Rm Convenient Location Exceptional Staff”
Staff were exceptional in allowing my friend's family an early check-in to rest as there was an elderly lady who was not feeling too well with her grandchildren.
