New Hidden Gem of Manila”
The hotel just opened and it's not located on the main road, so it's not crowded and packed with guests. This is a big plus for us who wants to stay in a clean, quiet and relaxing environment, despite being located in busy Manila. Nice view of the bay but expect a reclaimed island in a few years. Best time to stay here is NOW! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is okay, could be improved, but still fine if it comes with the room. Restaurants nearby are mostly seafood, but you can order thru room service or delivery apps easily if you're not into them. The shower tho, lacks a little privacy if all lights are open. Guests should check which can be opened without casting a silhouette over the wall. But this is okay for couples, of course! Overall stay was great! We would surely go back.

small but efficient hotel”
hotel is clean and small. rooms have automatic light sensors and sun shields and curtains can be adjusted with a button. staff is attentive and nice. we were there during a typhoon and the staff were still great. massage was very affordable. massage concierge was accommodating and the therapist was great. massage area/rooms can be improved but who cares the price is the best part and the service delivered is way more that the. paid price. needs improvement on the buffet area in the evening. we had slippery floors during our dinner buffet. dinner food is okay, basic Filipino with some chinese, pasta and salads. nothing to rave about the very limited breakfast buffet. no bacon, corned beef but my expectations were kept low. the best part in booking this hotel is maybe the view of the ocean. it was stunning.

LIME feeling good!”
Still on its soft opening, the hotel definitely had an unfinished quality to it and there were workers in and out of the elevator. But we were impressed by the spectacular infinity pool with breathtaking views of Manila bay. My wife loved the color and interior of our deluxe room with automatic curtains and different lighting modes. The beds are super comfortable, but too short in length if you’re tall. The space between the beds and the wall could have been wider. The bathroom is okay, with automatic lighting in the hallway, but there are no hooks to hang your towels when you’re showering. The view from our balcony was simply romantic during sunset. We were also impressed by the friendly service. Enjoyed the variety of the hotel’s breakfast buffet. Drinks we ordered by the poolside are okay. One minus is you can only drink coffee and eat snacks inside their restaurant. Parking is on the 4th floor, the same floor as the lobby, which is just great when you’re bringing anlot of luggages. The hotel is right in the center of Seascape, so there are many restaurants to dine overlooking Manila Bay. Overall, a perfect place to start your holday in Manila, especially when they open the beach in Manila Bay. We’re definitely coming back.

Very clean and modern. One of the best hotels we checked in so far”
Let me start with, this is one of the best hotels we have checked in so far. This beats The Manor in Baguio and Taal Vista in Tagaytay. (Yes I understand there is history behind them etc) But just for the comfort, the service, the cleanliness, the view. Everything was top. Even their extra bed was one of the best extra beds we ever had. Not cheap, squeeky ones and the one we got still plastic wrapped, so new was it. Just a tiny downside, I wish their sliding door for the bathroom would be more opaque since it’s very see-through even with closed doors (in a family-booked aspect) but I get it that it looks very nice. The switches and buttons were all very high tech and automatic (which could be confusing if you’re not used to such). And don’t get me started with the view that we had. It was beautiful and relatively quite. It was perfect. Overall, I wish they would open more hotels all over the Philippines!!! I will definitely come back soon!

Great stay”
We stayed in a Premiere King Bayview Suite, it was beautiful. Perfect for our anniv date which was what we were celebrating. Each member of the staff was courteous, helpful, and everyone would greet you. Check in and check out were both very quick. Had dinner and breakfast buffet in Bayside Buffet and both times were great too, more than enough choices and everything was delicious. Would definitely be back.

New and convenient”
We had the premium room. Bay view side with balcony and bath tub. Its so nice, elegant, clean and wide room. Its so relaxing and d view is nice. Amenities are high tech. Its so amazing to stay inside d room. Tv has many channels to choose from. Water presure is verygood and has heater.bath tub was awsome and has bath salt but 1 time use only. But its ok. It is locates in the middle od the Aircon is centralize and cold.. room has soundproofing so it doesnt bother much the noise outside. We had dinner buffet for a reasonable price and was sulit. Its nice to stay again soon.. Staffs are approachable and polite. There are 3 elevators but has small space. The infinity pool is elongated and has a great view. Bed is big and comfy. We slept really good. The size of the bedroom is likely d same with d size of the bathroom.

perfect weekend getaway”
I stayed here overnight with my friend and we enjoyed the amenities and the convenient location to any restaurant of your liking. The rooms were clean, modern, and provides a cozy ambience for staying in if you choose to. My only feedback for improvement is the slowness and traffic waiting for an elevator to arrive especially during check-in time. Our room came with 2 large bottles of clean, drinking water which I appreciated. There are also free water dispensers around the hotel so you don't need to bring water. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Best birthday weekend ever ”
I was thinking of hotel stay for my birthday weekend getaway then while browsing at my favorite app Agoda of course I saw lime resort Manila. This is new in my ears and in my eyes so why not try it and I booked deluxe room upon the arrival at the hotel , there is a welcome drinks that is so refreshing because that day is so humid outside. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I got a room in 3rd floor and when I entered my room for a night of stay……violaaaa, it was so amazing.. I loved the color green.. so relaxing. Even my niece and nephew who are so arte liked the room very much . And we enjoyed a lot like chit chatting picture taking the inside the room and of course the Manila bay view from our room terrace. We love the high tech curtain opening and closing.. all in all it’s a 1001 score for me..

Lime weekend to Relax”
Its was a nicest and nearest place to stay in metro. Enjoy the facility, the ambience and staff are anywhere else easy to approach. Although I waited for almost 1hr to check in, due to the unavailability of the room i wanted. Its worth the wait and I appreciate the honesty of the staff of front desk officer that time. The rooms are clean, what you saw in the picture same thing on the actual room itself. However, breakfast buffet may I advised to better improve the taste of the food for the added best experience. Thank Lime Hotel and staff . God bless 🙏🏻 Definitely will be back with my family🤗😊😊

Best staycation in Manila Bay”
Our room smells clean and the sheets and pillows are so comfy. The pool are superb and it has a great view. The staffs are so nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet are good as well. The only problem we had here is the elevator. They have 3 working lifts and there are tons of guests are using it. The management somehow try to consider to add more lifts to accommodate more guests. I hope they will improve more of their service.

The room is cozy and clean, with a nice view. The hotel location is just a few steps from seascape where you can find restaurants with a view. The pool area is a must visit. The staff here is very courteous, friendly and accommodating! will be back here for sure! the only thing that I think need some improvement is the lift service, its a bit slow considering of the numbers of the rooms and guests they have. but overall we have a great experience in Lime!

If your looking for a budget friendly hotel room in Manila I recommend Lime. Their standard room is big with 2 single comfy beds. Very clean room and bathroom. Amenities are complete. The staff is very friendly. Just a note though that the elevators are quite busy. Overall my stay is very pleasant.

The staffs are very accomodating and kind. We had out staycation here last Sep 16. There's a staff at the parking who assisted us and also looked for available parking soace for us. The hotel was very clean and smells so good. The menu during the breakfast buffet was so good. The pool is so clean. The hotel has a great view of Manila Bay. Will definitely go back!!❤️

Everything was so beautiful, the rooms were clean and just right for my mom and I. Everywhere’s clean and the staff were very nice as they always put smiles on their faces! The food was great, just enough to make us feel full 😊 But what I love is the view, being able to swim and just cherish the view as well as the sunset is just the best! 💗 Also, it is accessible to food deliveries and there are restos near it which is cool 🤗 We had a blast and will definitely comeback soon!

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Before going, I read some bad reviews and was worried. But when we got there, it was the opposite. The queue for the check in was short (arrived at around 2:15pm; checked in at 2:25pm). The elevator is small but it was quick. The hotel staff are accommodating and they will greet you. The ambiance is so nice. We had our dinner at the balcony and it was a good experience because of the view (we were facing MOA). The room was clean. Getting a parking space is fast. The only downside is the room service. But all in all, we had a good stay 👍

Overall, I had a great experience with Lime Hotel. Check-in staff/receptionist was incredibly helpful and allow us to upgrade to Deluxe Twin w/ bayview hassle-free and offered welcome drinks. The amenities were still new and great. The room was wonderful, clean, just perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend staycation. Cons: TV is on Chinese and doesn’t allow screencast via Iphone. Telephone calls were not answered however, staffs were responsive on Viber.

Had a great time staying @ Lime Hotel..Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The room is super nice and clean. Color combinations is perfect for me, very soothing and relaxing❤️❤️❤️The infinity pool overlooking the sunset at Manila Bay was superb. make sure you take a dip in the infinity pool esp at nightime, it’s amazing really👍Sunrise is as amazing as the sunset.just go to the Penthouse for nice capture of the sun rising atop the tall buildings …overall stay was amazing❤️❤️❤️Highly recommended…

Scenic Hotel with very good Buffet”
I booked 2 rooms for the family: 1 standard twin room and 1 Premiere King with Private Pool (PK) for 2 nights. The Standard Room is just ok but the PK Room is really beautiful with a nice veranda and pool. What We Liked: The rooms are clean with coffee service. Towels and water bottles were replenished on the 2 days we booked. We were allowed early check in for the PK Room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The lunch buffet is cheap at 899 pesos but very sumptuous with a lot of seafood offerings. Sea Scape Village is just a few steps away. What We Don’t Like: There are only two elevators which can only accommodate 6-8 pax. It takes a long time to go up and down between floors. There is no stairs in the lobby. Only the fire exit stairs can be used if one chooses not to wait for the elevator. The pool water in the PK Room is icy cold especially because there was an LPA during our stay. It would have been more enjoyable if the water is heated. The staff takes a long time to provide service. We paid for an extra bed in the PK Room. I had to follow up 6 times for the extra bed to be set up. I am not sure if they are still understaffed since they are still on soft opening but they were apologetic about the delays. I would stay here again and will book the PK Room again. I hope they will not increase rates yet.
