The staff at Lime resort were excellent. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The shuttle service is very handy, onsen amazing and breakfasts delicious. Highly Recommend it!

Fantastic and a rare find in Japan”
It's not often you find a spacious hotel room in Japan. This fact alone was good enough to be satisfied, but the entire setup is tastefully done. Highlights: A massive kids play area as well, very clean and comfortable. A wonderful onsen that once again, was just done with the right balance of simplicity, Japanese tradition, and western touch. Lobby/lounge is clean and spacious. Coffee shop is very good, although, closes early (5pm)

Good stay at Lime Resort”
A modern hotel that is very clean and comfortable to stay in. The onsen facilities are great with indoor and outdoor pools. The staff was very courteous and we spent our evenings at the Library bar drinking our favorite sake hosted by Ash Burton who was one of the friendliest and hospitable bartenders I have met. We had a great time not to mention the spacious storage area for the ski gear.

Great modern Ryokan in Myoko”
Great modern ryokan in Myoko, Niigata. Located closer to Ikenotaira, just across from Iimori Lake and the Visitor center & snow shoe park - literally across the street within walking distance. Facilities are top notch. A massive lovely library/bar on the 3rd floor with big windows overlooking the snowy landscape (in the winter). Modern, clean and warm. B1F has a fantastic onsen with several indoor baths and 3 individual 'nabe' bowl like tubs and one large outdoor bath. Huge parking lot and shuttle services to lifts if you don't have a car - however, highly recommnded to have your own vehicle as there are not many food establishments nearby and having a car offers more flexibility. Otherwise you NEED to include meals with your room. Food is fresh and delicious - buffet/fixed menu combination - breakfast and dinner should be part of your package. Plan to eat lunch outside. Large locker/dry room for storage of skis/snowboards/equipment. Warm & dry climate control and easy access to the outside entrance - no need to climb stairs our carry gear far. Full length lockers provided - keys are tiny and easy to lose so do take care. Japanese and western rooms (futon vs. raised bed) provided. All comfortable and super spacious for solo, couple or family travelers. Good climate control. Humidifier/fridge/kettle provided in all rooms. Overall a great stay at a lovely facility.

Most of the staff were good, some were exceptional. However, myoko as an overall needs a better shuttle bus service to the various ski slopes. Lime as a premium accommodation in the region should perhaps consider starting a dedicated shuttle service 1-2x in the morning and afternoon to the big 4 ski slopes.

It was a planned ski trip, but unfortunately there wasn’t much snow despite the historical forecast.”
But Lime Resort staff was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Not much nice restaurant close by. We had our own car so was able to travel and find restaurants further away. The hotel restaurant was nice but can be limited with choices. Overall....love the rooms and the resort wasn’t ambush with tourist. 😅 It was a great experience.

1歳児がいての旅行でしたが、キッズスペースもあり楽しく過ごすことができました。 お部屋もゆったり広くベットもロータイプだったので、安心して睡眠できました。 強いて言えば、周辺に飲食できるところがほぼないため夕飯の計画はしっかりした方がオススメです。 でも全体的にはとても満足でした。また利用したいです。

とても清潔で、スタッフの方もとても親切で、近くまで食事ができるところまで特別対応と言って車送迎してくれました。 雪景色もお部屋も最高でした。 1点あるとすれば、Barコーナーが何故か空いていなかったことでした。 軽くでもお酒が飲めれば最高でした。
