Clean and comfortable ”
If you are looking for somewhere cheap, clean and comfortable to rest your head this is perfect. There was a little kitchen unit in the room so you can prepare yourself something to eat. Tea and coffee provided along with the facilities yo make. The bathroom was compact but serviceable. Clean with soap/shampoo provided Bed clean and comfortable with plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the cupboard. All in all it was a good stay. Only down side - noise from other guests. I was in a ground floor room and it sounded like the people above had brought their pet elephant with them. The floor was creaky too which was a bit annoying as I think they were teaching the said pet elephant to march. I would ask for a top floor room in future.

Fantastic hotel and staff had been great, the hotel is very close to Paddington Station and the area of the hotel is secluded and nice and quite. The only downside was that when I booked the property for 2 nights it advised it breakfast and free onsite parking. When I arrived at the hotel there was no parking facilities at all, I drove around the area for 2 hours looking for a space to which everywhere was residential permit holders only. The car parking I did find I wasn’t going to pay £8 per hour. I reported back to the manager and he apologised and he wasn’t aware Agoda advertised the hotel with parking, he pointed me to the direction of a local church who did the parking for £15 per day but because of the run around I had he let me have the space for 3 days for the sum of £30. In the bedroom the breakfast times was advertised on the back of the bedroom doors and where, the first morning my son and I made our way to the breakfast room to be greeted with a dark space and the room was being used as a storage room, again I reported this to the manager and he advised they are no longer doing breakfast. I wasn’t happy at all as the hotel was advertised doing breakfast on Agoda. All this aside the manager was really nice about things and helped the best he could. I would stay at the hotel again as it’s a lovely area and a stones throw to Hyde Park and Paddington station plenty of lovely local restaurants available and all of which are very reasonable compared to the prices in inner London. Overall I was pleased with the room it was very nice and clean and beds really comfortable, I asked for a twin room and I was given a twin double for myself and my son which was great.

I would say this hotel was just what we were looking for. It was walking distance to two tube stations. The only issue we had is we didn't have a clue about breakfast, was it included, did you have to pay etc. But we would certainly stay again.

Ideal. ”
Ideal location for an overnight stay or longer break. Just a few hundred metres from Paddington Station and with excellent food and beverage facilities on the doorstep you can't go wrong. No lift as it the case in many of these London townhouses turned hotels so something to bear in mind for the elderly or infirm. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and spotless. Would happily return.

I travelled with my 2 sons, we stayed for 1 night. We couldn't fault the hotel for the price we paid. We checked in early as the room was ready. The room was small but clean, everything in there you need, the beds were comfortable, lovely pillows we had a good nights sleep, we did need our ear plugs as some customers dont seem to realise that others are trying to sleep!! The 2 men on reception were very helpful & friendly. It's a very central location, clean we would definitely stay there again, thankyou

Small room but amazing location!!”
We had twin beds in a tiny room but it was clean and close to the Paddington underground. We felt safe and our room was quiet. It looked into an air shaft, so no view, but we were gone all day from first thing until after dark so it didn’t really matter. There isn’t breakfast like advertised, but there are plenty of places close by to grab a quick breakfast. The price couldn’t be beat.

The place was clean enough and the staff at reception were helpful. However my basement room was noisy and I had a poor night's sleep. I think their check-in process needs improving: they asked for full credit/debit card details to be written out on paper. Very BAD. The shower was hot, there were plenty of towels and the bed was OK. No desk to work. Not sure if I'll return. Pretty good for the price but too many niggles

Good location as it's very close to Paddington tube station. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. A busy area, which for a lone traveller felt safe. Rooms a bit small if you are travelling with family but if you're looking for value for money and a base to stay while visiting, then it will suit your needs. There is all you would need for a stay in the rooms. Ensuite shower room, hair dryer, basic toiletries, enough clean towels, desk, tv, comfortable beds, at least mine was. You can have breakfast but I opted not to. Staff were friendly, both the day and night. I was given a choice of rooms to look at which was a big plus. In the past I've gone for well known chain hotels as my thinking is 'you know what to expect' but I would definitely consider using this hotel again on a visit to London.

Wouldn’t recommend ”
Tiny room, stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping done in between nights apart from fresh towels. Didn’t even have a duvet on the bed. Just a sheet and then some sort of throw over the top. So didn’t even have the basics. Bed was small. Fan in the room didn’t work. Just poor all around

Ridiculous price for such a tiny room, worse than the pictures, the bathroom didn’t even have space to hang a towel or put toothbrushes! 2 beetles in the shower when we walked in and it was so dusty! The beds are so uncomfortable and on spring mattresses,. The receptionist was very rude also, nothing I would recommend about this place except the location!!!
