The Staff was extremely helpful and made all efforts to make my stay successful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. I'll Keep Coming Back!”
This was my 4th stay this year--and I'll keep coming back! The rate was a little higher than I expected--it was rainy season (and it did rain every single day!) so I thought it should've been off-peak rates. Also, there's always room for improvement with the facilities, including updates in bathrooms (new showerheads and heaters were great, though) and furniture. The central location (in the City) is great and they work very hard to keep the surroundings (and rooms) clean. What can't be beat is the customer service--the staff, all around, are so friendly and welcoming--that's why I keep coming back!

The only best option to stay when in Urdaneta, Pangasinan”
No other better option to stay in Urdaneta that has a small resort feel. Travelling with young children, this is the 3rd time our family stayed in Lisland over the past few years in between. This year they seemed to have slightly renovated the family rooms. There is strict proper swimming attire imposed, which is good & welcoming. But the big pool needs further regular cleaning (pool side walls & the center island), whilst the children pool is okay. Overall facilities are still the same and fine. Noticed new CCTV cameras were installed. Security has always been good.

Excellent place to stay”
room is okay, with two single beds with a pull-out. you got only the basica, shampoo and soap. tv has cable but signal is not so good. breakfast was okay. pool is nice but we don't get the chance to swim since we just slept there for stop over before heading to Our Lady of Manaoag and Baguio. has parking space too. staff are nice.

I was surprised to see that Lisland is a nature friendly resort and it is located just beside the highway. Beds are comfy. Pools are big and my daughter enjoyed her swimming. Restaurant staff are vert accommodating. Though, breakfast meal is pricey for a plated silog. Indeed, it was a good stay.

Put more lightings throughout the drive from the security entrance to the front of the lobby. It would look better and more attractive. Clean the bathroom thoroughly. The bathroom smelled like urine when I used it for the first time. Staff are great on the positive side.

The pool and resort amenities seem lovely, but I come and stay because I have work in town--and there aren't too many other places to stay. I've stayed a few times but have never used the pool. I have to say the wifi is pretty good, but I was in a room this time that didn't even have cable tv. Rooms are spacious but dated, and though they appear well-cleaned I was startled by a huge spider in my bathroom. And outside you may encounter all kinds of creatures on your balcony--like I did. But I take that all in stride as this is a 'rainforest' hotel. My biggest complaint is that the water pressure is inadequate--every single time I've been there. What should be a 10-min. shower becomes 30 mins. During this last stay, I had to resort to using the pail/bucket in order to complete my bath/shower. I should point out though that I keep coming back because the service is great! They are friendly and very responsive in meeting guests' needs. The open-air restaurant is pretty nice, too.

I like the place. It's actually along the highway but when you are inside the hotel or resort. You won't feel any busy sounds of vehicles. And it looks like a totally different environment when you enter the gate. Surely we will go back.

Needs some updates.”
Chose Lisland because it was the only hotel available. Rate not too reasonable since the facility needs updating; however, it's a resort hotel and grounds are 'unique'--lovely gardens (hence the 'rainforest' in its name) & inviting pools (which I didn't have time to enjoy). Staff was friendly & welcoming, and always ready to help. Daily breakfast (inc. in rate)--both buffet & ala carte--were good; it was served in the nice, open-air restaurant. While my 'cabana' room was comfortable, the water pressure (esp. in the shower) was practically non-existent. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and I hope it has been corrected. For my next stay, I hope to get one of the standard rooms--not in the cabanas--and hopefully I will not have this problem again.

3 standard room reservation under Agoda ( 2 family and 1 solo traveller). as for our room I paid php2288.63 thru Agoda but hotel only deducted php2179 On our bill. So I paid an additional 109.63. - staff are not friendly, they juz pass u by w/o greeting or smiling - we ordered room service food. Waited for 3hrs but nothing came, we went to their resto to dine and followed up what we order earlier, waiter said he forgot what room we are in. Still served the food soaked in oil since it was reheated - since this is rainforest, it is not well maintained. You can see lots of dried leaves around - pool is dirty. It is also used/rented for swimming lesson but cleanliness is not maintained. Lots of fallen leaves and plastic bottles floating on the pool. NO LIFEGUARD on duty - 2/F rooms are nice but ground floor rooms are not well maintained. Floor looks like with spilled blood. Aircon not that cold even it is on its fullest -

Oasis with a bad bed”
As in most places the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The place is tired and need of a paint job and the bed was the worst in a long time, being a foam mattress on top of the last foam mattress and the pillows were hard but the room was clean and everything worked. The place is the best of a limited buch but the setting is an oasis amongst the city buildings with the most amazing rain trees and a massive pool. Gets very busy on the weekends when locals and tourists come to use the pool and the consequent noise from the children screaming is a bit loud. The breakfast on the weekend was a buffet but during the week it was a very basic menu choice. The food is not very good and very little vegetables are served BUT that is the same in most of the Phillipines

Location-wise is good but room amenities is quitenpoor. There is no refrigerator, which is quite basic requirement taking into account the rate per night. Shower is poor, there is hardly water, maybe because the shower head is not being maintained.
