Very pleasant stay”
We stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon trip through Vietnam. Vinh was an amazing host! He was very responsive even before we arrived, and made sure to make us feel welcome and taken care of. He printed out a little happy honeymoon sign and gave us these little cakes from a local shop, and they were absolutely delicious. The homestay is very centrally located and within walking distance of a everything you need. Vinh also provides free bicycles to use. It was very enjoyable to bike around Hoi An, just be sure to learn how to cross through intersections! The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was great. The shower is particularly nice. The AC works well. Thank you very much to Vinh for making our stay easy, enjoyable, and memorable! Do not hesitate to book this homestay, you won't regret it.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here! One the host are beyond amazing. After dealing with a ton of people trying to get one over you when it comes to over charging you for being a westerner this was the first place that didn’t. Accommodate every request we had. Answered all questions and if they didn’t know they found out for us. Breakfast was excellent. Super clean and the best home feeling ever. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! We had to leave at 4am on our last night and the host woke up with us to walk us to our car and make sure we were being taken care of :) Thank you again for such an outstanding hospitality service!!

Friendly host, clean room, and great location”
Vi, the host, is very friendly and really helped a ton with recommendations for places to eat nearby. The location is really great, as the homestay has great access to nearby restaurants and the nighttime market (try the rolled ice cream! It's awesome). The room itself had a somewhat modern decor, with a well-kept, tiled bathroom. The air conditioner worked well too! We rode the free bicycles around town. They were a bit rickety but did the job. If you wanna go for a run, cross over the bridge going north and follow the waterway westward, as there's an adequate running path that disappears into a road and then reappears. Overall, this is a really solid place to stay.

Nice and clean room, newly renovated, helpful owner”
The room i stayed in was nice, clean, and newly renovated with more than enough space. The place was very near the ancient town bridge, yet it was peaceful and quiet at night. I really appreciate Vinh since he was very helpful and concerned about my stay and safety. He booked tours and the car to the airport for me. He was always available to answer your texts and requests. I felt very well taken care of during my stay. It was a lot more than what i paid for.

Best homestay in Vietnam!”
The most loveliest homestay with the kindest family. We ended up staying here for 2 weeks, due to me needing to recover from a motorbike accident and Vinh couldn't of been more accomodating and kind to us the whole time. He really made us feel comfortable and looked after. The rooms are spacious, clean and very new. The place has only been open a few months so everything is modern and new. It's located a few minutes walk to the night market and many restaurants

Excellent location, it's great that everything's a short walk away! We got there super early from danang and they let us check in early, the room was clean room and a decent size for the prize, with water, coffee, air con, fridge, and free bike rental! Only thing was the basic double room had no window but we weren't that bothered

Quiet street one block from everything. Old town, night market and dinner along the river. Fridge in room, tea pot, coffee and breakfast if your order the night before. Host can provide the perfect tailor at the factory not the middle man sales person and the family owns a shoe store for your Chinese Nike’s and Pumas at the best prices. Bikes, motorbikes laundry, airport transportation anything you need. Best stay in 52 days of traveling SE Asia. .

The location is exceptionnal, it's 30 second walk from the old center/night Market. The owner is so helpful, friendly, he takes care of you for everything. Room is big and clean! If we go back to Hoi An we will stop there again without hesitation. We recommend 100%.

The property is conveniently located in front of the night market. Its 5 mins walk to the Japanese bridge. Room is big and clean. Owner is very friendly and helpful. He helped me arrange my transportation to Danang.

Rooms was newly furbished and was very clean. A/C was working well. Don’t book the cheap rooms as they don’t have any windows open outside. Staff was very friendly.

We had a great stay at little boss Homestay. We asked for a room with a window beforehand and he immediately gave us an upgrade. Very generous. Regarding the breakfast, eat the local Banh mi!! Best Banh mi we had in Vietnam and we had many. The owner is extremely helpful, will organise everything for you and answer every question. Thank you!

clean room and a nice little balcony overlooking the street. the street can be very noisy from the local partying youth but it is quite at night. Having to take off shoes from the facility entrance is a hustle especially if you have a little germ phobia: floor looks clean but you know what I mean.
