On arrival, I was presented with a very quaint looking hotel in the 50s style to me reminiscent of French occupation. Beautiful dark stained wood accents and railings. I love it! My preference in hotels will always be on with character beyond everything else. On check in I was greeted by two lovely and bubbly young ladies. and was served a tea and cake and they prepared my check in paperwork. It was quick and efficient. I had a very large room and a huge bed. The bed was well presented with crisp linens. They decor of wood accents and trim continue into the rims and made me feel very warm and comfortable. The air conditioning works very well. The bathroom is larger with a nice big walk in shower. Everything is updated from the sinks, toilet and shower. They provide fresh fruit in the room. The staff was superb and warm. Sarah, Lyna and Lucy all provided first class service in the restaurant and bar. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends. I would return again

kind, warm, caring people”
I had gladly stayed in Little Hoian boutique & spa. My trip was not always easygoing but when I got to this hotel, I could finally be relaxed and content thanks to their warm service. The check in/out process was marvelously quick and easy. The manager took my passport to the reception and took care of everything on behalf of me so my family could enjoy ginger tea and cake they prepared for us. It was so impressive that they were expecting us coming and already knew my schedule there. Our luggage was also delivered by such kind helpers. Breakfast was also nice, clean, quiet. They run the shuttle bus to/from AhnBan beach. It’s free, too. There are a lot more pros to stay here such as close distance to old town district, restaurants and a supermarket right next to the hotel. However, at times, a sink didn’t work well. A few roosters crow in early morning behind the hotel. But they weren’t that serious to me. Actually, hearing crowing in bed was sensational to me who live in a city. :)

Favorite hotel in Vietnam”
From the price, comfort, room size, and most especially the service, this is our favorite hotel in all of Vietnam. This is our 3rd time staying here and wont' be our last. It's definitely a boutique hotel but they give you the VIP treatment. We've stayed in many 4 & 5 star hotels all over Vietnam and the hotel's staff and service is the best we've had. Don't expect glitter and fancy, modern design. The hotel fits right into the old town Hoi An atmosphere with wonderful old style hospitality. Rooms are good size, beds very comfortable and strong A/C. The old town is walking distance and the place just comes alive at night. In fact, next time we are going to skip Danang and stay only at this hotel. Many people stay in Danang and make day trips to Hoi An. I think it's better to do it the other way around. Less stress and more peaceful than the huge Asian crowds in Danang where you feel hustled by the locals businesses.

Truly amazing”
I came here for my honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! Tracy (Thuy) made us felt very welcomed during our entire stay. From the moment we walked in she greeted us with drinks and nice cool napkins and a delicious dessert. After that she showed us around and also made a special decoration for our room. The complimentary cocktails were also delicious! We requested for a big bed, top floor and quiet room. It was fabulous! Very clean, large bathroom, clean towels, soap, free bottle of water, umbrellas, cool A/C, and more! On our second day for breakfast, Nghi, Hien, and Ngoc served us and we're super friendly. Surprisingly the beef pho broth was delicious! They also mapped out all the nice hotspots as well as nice and quaint local spots outside of the busy night market. We will definitely come back!

Awesome staff, great location”
All staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Lucy who made it feel more homey by greeting us all the time and chatting/recommending things to us. The room has a vintage decor which I liked and everything felt clean. Location was great as it was right next to the park and bridge into the night market/old town. I was surprised how super quiet it was despite being so close to the attractions. We got a free 10min foot massage which was awesome after walking the night market! My SO also got a massage which he enjoyed. We did our laundry and rented a moped with a service right outside the hotel.

Simply fabulous”
We stayed for 2 nights and we simply enjoyed everything. Location wise, it is closed to everything - the old town, night market, restaurants. The hotel also provides shuttle service to an bang beach (ask for the timetables). Service wise, everyone is helpful and friendly. We feel welcomed and the staff showed genuine interest in ensuring that we enjoy our stay. Room wise, it is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We couldn't find any fault. Breakfast is great, with good quality offerings. Will definitely stay again if we return to Hoi An.

PERFECT! I had amzing experience in Little hoi An. The room was beautiful and clean, and breakfast was good! The staff was friendly and sweet! Especially thank for Katrina and shuttle bus driver. In fact, I left my camera on shuttle bus to Da Nang. The driver took back to Little Hoi An and the staff, Katrina contacted us. I am very lucky that hotel’s staff send my camera to my hotel in Da Nang. So nice and sweet are Katrina, and staff of Little hoi An, also include shuttle bus dirver. Thanks for your kind effort help me get my camera back. I really had a good time in Little Hoi An!

Beautiful Hotel with legendary staff”
After a few days spent looking for a hotel in Hoi An I kept coming back to this little hotel by the river not just because of its location but also the hotel decor that gave me the nostalgia feeling of coming back to the past. Well, the hotel did not disappoint. Beautiful decorations with wood trim and old style bedside phone and night stand. Walking into the room making me feel I have just gone back to the 90s. the room has a beautiful scent that I have never seen in the other 2 4stars and 5 stars hotels Danang where we stayed previously. First impression that I made the right choice. The location is very close to Hoi An old town and night market, you could walk, or the hotel staff are nice enough to let you borrow their bicycles with no charges. Speaking of the staff here, Nina, Ngoc, July are so full of energy and fun they make you feel like family. They even made me a surprise birthday cake! if next time we come back here, definitely gonna stay at this hotel again!

Amazing Hotel ”
Wow what can we say, Little Hoi An is certainly a little gem. Absolutely outstanding service from all staff. We were greeted by Lucy who made us feel very welcome. It was our anniversary the day we arrived and they had decorated our room, and we also received a cocktail voucher. It was such a nice touch and really made our day. Our room was lovely with views over the river. The service here is amazing the staff don't miss a thing. You’re welcomed in to breakfast in the morning, the staff will sit and chat to you. Breakfast has good variety. If you are thinking about booking, just do it you won't be disappointed. By far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip, can not recommend the hotel and staff enough. You will feel like family when you leave. The goodbye hug was a bit special.

Great little hotel on the edge of the main town and within easy walking distance to the sights. Very grateful of the complimentary airport pick up, evening meal and bike use included in our stay. Lovely staff and excellent service. Thank you to Lily for a lovely, friendly welcome. We stayed here for one night and then had three nights at La Residencia across the river, which was also fantastic. The staff at La Residencia were also incredibly customer focused, particularly Alice on the front desk and Ella at breakfast. The hotels are part of the same chain (5 altogether) and the customer service is really excellent. There is also a complimentary bus service three times a day to An Bang Beach. We spent a great afternoon there.

Wonderful stay”
Very warm welcoming service once we arrived by Grab, their luggage service is fast and the reception lady Lisa welcomed us with warming smile. After checked in, she shows us all info that we need to walk around Hoi An, some locals food cheap and nice! (Help me save wallet) Breakfast is so delicious, out of my expectations. Good service from Sarah and My brewed me a wonderful Vietnamese coffee. And Tracy very warming too, always being helpful and giving us the best services they could. Location wise is just beside the night market, all must see places is in walking distance.

Lovely small hotel, ideally situated within a few metres of the old town. Facilities excellent including spa , pool and restaurant. All staff extremely helpful and the airport transfer worked well, plus free shuttle to a local beach. We have stayed in Hoi An a couple of times before and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, Clean and Friendly Staff”
We travelled as a group of 3, and booked only one room, with a request to add an additional bed in the room. Once the bed is added, it doesn't leave much room to move around. If no extra bed added, the size of the room is perfect. The hotel is located on the edge of Old Town, so it's within walking distance to Old Town, about 10-15 minutes. Room cleanliness is excellent, bathroom is clean and spacious. The staffs at the hotel is extra friendly and helpful. We wanted to take photos of the local fishing nets during sunrise, and the staffs diligently helped us and we had a very memorable photography trip. The breakfast spread in the hotel is excellent, from local to Western style breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to return to Hoi An.

Charming accommodations ideally located and very warm welcoming. ”
This hotel added a lot to our experience of Hoi An. The personnel has been warm and helpful upon arrival. Breakfast is made of a buffet which can satisfy any taste. The rooms are big enough to enjoy sometime away from the heat. On top of that, the location is just right to access the old town, get a ride to the beaches and other typical markets around. Highly recommended.

Staff were like family. Nothing too difficult for them. Room was comfortable. Breakfast spread was great every morning and was delicious. Away from hustle and bustle of Ancient town. But walkable everywhere. Rooms are not sound proof. Recommend upper floors.
