We had a pleasant stay at Little View Homestay for 3 nights in total. Bed comes with bed warmer, very suitable for a cold weather in SAPA. Though accessing Little View Homestay requires you to climb a flight of stairs (not suitable if you have elderly travelling with you), Mr Diego and his family's hospitality and service makes up for it. Mr Diego communicates in Simple English and has provided good recommendations which enhanced my travel experience in SAPA. I strongly recommend little view homestay for your travel in SAPA. The homestay is well located and in walking distance to the main town area with lots of restaurants, bars etc. On arrival we were given Vietnamese tea which was a nice touch. Our room was very clean, spacious and had all basic amenities. The view was definitely a highlight - the small balcony was well enjoyed and was probably the best view we had in all of sapa. The only disappointment was that the restaurant on the top floor wasn’t open when we went, however with great places to eat near by this wasn’t a big issue.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and we were given a corner room with little view of the mountain. The owner, Diego, is a chillax and funny man and he takes care of his guests. The location of the homestay is in the centre but away from the crowded area. To get there, you have to walk down a fleet of staircase which might be a little challenging to some. The space of the room is small, just enough for backpackers. Bed was hard but the linen, comforter and pillows were soft and comfy. The toilet is small too. The view from the restaurant is superb! We didn’t take any breakfast from the restaurant, which by the way cost 50k/pax, but the view was stunning and I could simply just sit there and relax, read my book or listen to music. No complimentary water, but there’s toiletries available where you could help yourself to it. Diego helped us book our onward bus journey at a reasonable price. M/bike rental is available on site at 100k/day. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect place for backpackers”
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Little View. Would definitely recommend staying here. Despite the weather being particularly bad in Sapa, the owner and staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms are well kept and perfect for backpackers. Little View provides breakfast for its residents. The food is very good and affordable. You also have a good view from the top breakfast bar overlooking the rice fields.

Everything is a short walk from Little Sapa. Room had a fantastic heated blanket which was very handy after a cold scooter venture. Great view out of the balcony when it wasn't terribly foggy. Diego was also extremely helpful. He sat down for 15 minutes and helped me set up my cell phone after a misunderstanding when getting a sim card at a store. The whole family was great giving us directions, tips, and aiding in our scooter rental and departure. Over all we would definitely stay again.

I LOVED Little Sapa Homestay. I am a solo traveler and I felt so welcome. The heating pad on the bed was perfect and there was abundant hot water. Attending the shared meal was a wonderful way to meet other people and get to know the hosts. This is really a stellar place.

We arrived Sapa early morning around 6.00 am by sleeping bus. Then we want put our luggage at Hostel before go to Fansipan and cat cat Village. The host was very understanding, he asked us to put our luggage at his room and asked us to shower 1st because the room we booked still no ready to check in. He also very helpful in helping us book a trek around the villages, and even allowed us to shower after we check out because we back at 10.00pm by sleeping bus. His family are very kind and friendly. His Daughter is very cute. Fantastic accommodation. So comfortable and so cheap for the price for the night. Felt very at home and really comfortable. We will stay again! I and my friend stayed at Deluxe Mountain View King Room. The view from the balcony is amazing ! You can see the mountains, paddy fields, cable cars passing through the mountains and sometimes water buffaloes at the fields! The view at the level 4 restaurant is also awesome. You need walk through a lot of stairs to the homestay, would recommend to leave your huge luggage at the Hanoi hostel, which I did! The homestay is run by a couple , the husband looks kinda rude and pushy at first, but he is a funny and heartwarming person. They are very welcoming, even chat and jokes around with us. We are lucky to have a hotpot dinner with the host and customers, a very memorable experience. Thank you so much for the stay !

The Best View”
A quick but incredible stay here that I wish was longer. If you’re headed to Sapa, stay for more than two nights. Diego and his family make things super easy and they just owned the new restaurant in the top floor this week, which makes breakfast a breeze. VIP rooms on the fourth floor have incredible views! HIGHLY recommend :)

The place was fairly easy to locate, though there were steep stairs and slopes to get down to the place. It's down in an alley, not on the main road. The room was exactly like the photos. It was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot which was perfect for the cold weather. The toilet door lock was a little stiff and difficult to lock. The place lived up to its name: there was a little view at the end of the corridor of rooms. The owner recited the welcome info without much thinking. However he wasn't very encouraging when we told him that we had already booked a trekking tour for Fansipan on our own.

Great mountain view, value for money, located right at Sapa Center”
The mountain view is picturesque from the balcony, especially if your room is at higher floor. Good facility with hot shower. The owner is friendly and very helpful who could also take care of bus Hanoi <-> Sapa and bike rental. The place is a bit difficult to find, need to climb down a steep slope with stairs. Breakfast is good at VND 50k per person.

Everything was perfect. The staff is really helpful and provides plenty information about what to do and see around Sapa. Breakfast is not included but it is a good option to start the day with energy. Diego, the manager, is very kind and makes many jokes which make you feel really comfortable. They also upgraded our booking for a bigger room with no extra cost and we slept and rest incredibly the night we spent there.

Clean and nice room”
Very nice and well decorated place. Clean room and we got a free upgrade too! The host is very nice and helpful, and can speak and write very well in English. He even helped us with last minute arrangements on bus ticket and change of stay due to flight delay and change in itinerary. There is one local restaurant recommended by the host; it’s near the homestay, nice and cheap! But one thing need to be aware of is the route to the Homestay, it might not be suitable for elderly people to walk up and down the steep stairs and slope, but we have expected that so it’s fine for us. And the host is slightly pushy in the trekking tour. He would assume we were joining the tour although we said we would consider first haha, so need to communicate clearly!

Provides village trackig and other guided tour program. Owner is really friendly and kind. Rooms is clean and cozy. They dont make your room if you dont ask. There are stairs to get here from the Sapa main plaza(sun plaza). Provides breakfast.

great family style homestay with a fun social hostel vibe. check in was effortless, and our mountain view room has the best views phansipan mountain. the staff was amazing, breakfast was cheap and legit, and the occasional communal dinners were a blast! they also helped arrange a great trek for us. highly recommended!

I was here for the Vietnam Mountain Marathon. I had a very pleasant stay, the property owner is very kind and friendly. The location of the property is close to sapa sqaure, and plenty of restaurants around. Would recommend this place from single traveler to a family of 3.

Very nice, friendly and helpful owner. The owner can speak lots of languages The road to the homestay has lots of stairs, car can't go and you have to carry your luggage a long way to the homestay. Room is too small, you can hear everything outside. Small bed with a heat machine for free. They have warm water, hair dryer, motorbike for rent, restaurant (their food is suitable with western people), etc. They have bigger room for more expensive price. Chủ khách sạn rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Đường đến khách sạn có nhiều bậc thang, xe hơi ko vô được, phải vác hành lý cuốc bộ 1 đoạn dài. Phòng siêu nhỏ, bên trong làm gì bên ngoài nghe hết và ngược lại. Giường cũng siêu nhỏ, có máy sưởi ấm trên giường miễn phí, có nước nóng, máy sấy, nhà hàng (đồ ăn bữa sáng ko hợp khẩu vị với người việt lắm),... Homestay có phòng lớn hơn với giá mắc hơn
