Tune is really well located right in the heart of the city and is clean and comfy. Dave the site manager was incredibly helpful in terms of getting you about the city to make the most of your stay! In fact he is an ambassador for the business. There are no frills at Tune so don’t expect luxury city centre hotel amenities like a bar, restaurant or pool but it is certainly a funkier alternative to a Premier Inn. I found it very clean and the air conditioner rooms were really helpful given the recent weather. The bathrooms are to a great standard all having quality fixtures and fittings. All in all Tune would be my go to for a messy night in the heart of Liverpool...

took a double room but the bed isn't exactly a double bed, was slightly smaller. nonetheless, we still had a good rest. thought the design of the room was good as it made good use of the space available. happy with our stay at Z hotel. it was very new and there's free wifi. for the price we paid, i find it very value for money. for those on a budget, i will recommend this hotel. location is good, very close to shopping street and local restaurants. 5 minutes walk to major bus stations in Liverpool city centre.

Sat right amongst Liverpool One, so easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants. It was quiet on the 8th floor we were allocated and this added to its value. The facilities inside the apartment were good, bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable beds. The only thing I would say is the apartment became very warm due to the lack of air conditioning, fans are provided but only blow warm air around. Could do with more air control. The doors internally and externally could do with slow shut dampers, if left to close they slam which wakes everyone up in the apartment. Staff were fantastic, friendly and offered advise when needed. We went to Gusto restaurant on the docks, highly recommend and received a 20% discount on our food. Parking for a city centre at £12 is very reasonable, I paid £15 in Leeds early in the week. We were also allowed to use the car park for longer than the 24 hours allocated due to extra space being available on the day, this allowed us more time in Liverpool.

I am very, very happy with this hotel! Rebecca from the front desk was a darling! She has consistently been from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and amazing. Housekeeping did a good job at keeping the rooms clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center—it's close to the dock and the touristy sites, but still at a location that is quiet and not crowded. The only thing I would perhaps say is that the hotel does not have a cafe or restaurant that is able to serve proper meals all throughout. At around 10am, I went down to get a hot meal, but both the cafe and the restaurant could not serve me any. The staff was nevertheless very nice in trying to accommodate me as much as they could, and had offered to serve me food slightly earlier than the kitchen's opening time. The staff at both the cafe and the restaurant were very nice and attentive,. Overall, I had such a beautiful stay at Pullman Liverpool. I will definitely recommend this to friends.

Located a few minutes’ walk from Albert Dock and the major museums and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One, for shopping, made it very easy to explore the city. Dinner in the restaurant was very good - decent sized portions, moderately priced and interesting menu. Breakfast, on one of the two days we stayed, was very busy at 9:30am and we had a few minutes’ wait for a table - it seems they don’t have enough tables for the number of rooms. Our room, overlooking the river, was very quiet and well appointed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Hope Street Hotel is well located, far enough out of the main part of Liverpool to be a bit more relaxing but within an easy stroll to the City Centre. We had had a great nights sleep in a wonderful bed, lovely crisp bedding and a nice bathroom with quality toiletries. If you book breakfast in advance it is only £10 per person and it was a real bargain as there was lots of choice on the breakfast buffet plus a cooked breakfast to order with lots of variety and quality ingredients. We were there on a Sunday morning, make sure you leave lots of time to relax and enjoy a great start to the day. Friendly efficient staff too.

We just missed our train, supposedly it just a day trip from London to Liverpool. After we missed our train, we looking for a wifi to check any available hotel through Agoda. Since this is an emergency so we decided to stay at budget hotel which average at £50 per nights. What made us shock is this such beautiful hotel just cost us at £37 only or just Rm 200 per nights. I never thought that this hotel is very cheap. Fyi, this hotel located next to Liverpool Lime St(Train Station) and located plenty of halal restaurants next to this hotel. This is a lovely hotel, we'll stay if we ever have a chance ti visit Liverpool next time.

I stayed for 6 day, it was nice stay. This is actually a hostel. The place is near the city centre, and as Liverpool is a walkable city, the place located at the very central. The room was clean, a little small, but the private toilet was spacious. The wall was a bit thin, sometimes you can hear somebody laughing out loud from room next door. But luckily I my neighbour weren't some noisy teenagers. You'll get choices of cereals with milk, toast with butter n jam, yogurt, tea, coffee, and juices for your breakfast. All you can eat. I actually arrived at the second day from my arrival date, due to miscalculation of my flight hours. So I asked a friend of mine who already in Liverpool to call them and tell not to cancel my booking due to a no show. They said it was fine, and they won't cancel my booking, but I need to pay for the first day, as I booked before. I was very relieved with that, better to pay for the 1st day neither than need to find another accommodation. Overall, it was a nice stay..

We have just returned from 2 nights at the Adagio Aparthotel & would thoroughly recommend. You are right in the middle of everything - shops, bars, restaurants and yet our room (239) was incredibly quiet - no noise at all! We were in a 1 bed apartment & the sofa bed converted into 2 single beds, so great for older teens or indeed adults. The apartment is compact but enough room for 4 for a weekend. It was absolutely spotless & I am fussy! As it is right in the centre of Liverpool you do step out into the vibrancy that is Liverpool - both good & bad. There were a lot of homeless on the main streets & I could understand previous comments about the slightly seedy entrance round the back. However, this would not put me off & access to everything was by your room key card only, so very secure. Don't do as we did & assume that the car park they recommended was closed as it had big gates across the front - they open as you approach them & the car park was very well lit with large parking bays. It was also cheaper at £7/night than other central car parks we visited.

Just everything about the Hilton at Liverpool was great. The tarrif for the room we booked online in Australia was extremely economical for the class of room we received. It was everthing a Hilton hotel should be. Expansive king bed, satelite TV, wonderful bathroom and decore. The staff were very friendly and went out of there way to assist you with any request. We would have liked to stay there longer. I would recommend this hotel if you ever come to the vibrant, proud and historical city of Liverpool.

I booked this hotel for me and my boy friend for his birthday. It was an ideal location in Liverpool city centre close to all the popular bars and reasturants. The room was a great size, mini kitchen is ideal. We had no view from our room 202 but who needed a view when you have a tv like they have. You basically have a iPad on the wall. You can choose music, game, tv or surf the Internet all from the comfort of the large bed. Staff were friendly and the late checkout was a bonus

We had a 1 night stay for our trip, the cost was slightly higher as there was a big Liverpool game on that night. We had the 8 sleeper VIP room, basically a suite for us all, 8 bunk beds, 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms, a separate dressing area and lounge with sofa. Had we filled the room the cost would be £21.50 per person, so still a really good price. Rooms, bedrooms are all clean and well kept, towels and shower gel are also provided. The EuroHostel is bang in the centre so no taxi required from Lime Street or if visiting the city centre.

This hotel has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, including its great location, within easy walking distance of all the best loved Riverside attractions in Liverpool, from The Beatles Story & Tate Gallery to Museum of Liverpool, with the Cavern district,. a bit further afield & all the shopping and eateries in the centre of town. Make sure you ask for a dockside room unless you're into having a view of a highway with KFC & McDonald's on it! We also brought our cat along on this trip, our first stay at Campanile, whom they charged us £5.00 a night to bring, quite reasonable compared to other hotels. Last but certainly not least, is the hotel's friendly, efficient staff, always cheerful & helpful, a lot to be said for that, as the majority of hotels tend to be letdown by impersonal staff. Didn't mention the restaurant because we didn't use it on this trip...next time. Speaking of which, we've already re-booked Campanile Liverpool over the Christmas period! Big thanks!

Walked through the door looking for the standard long reception counter. Instead was warmly welcomed by a super-friendly reception staff at a surprisingly tiny table. Nice twist to the regular reception desks. Rooms are nice and comfy. Huge beds. Even the bathroom amenities were lovely. (Slept so well!) Location-wise, everything you would need / want is just a few steps away! Right next door are 2 massive supermarkets, a few steps more and you'll discover a street of cafes, restaurants and fast food. Walk a bit more and you're on Church Street where you'll discover an amazing selection of shops from Primark to Harvey Nichols. The world's largest LUSH store is right next to Primark, ... total shopper's haven! You're also within walking distance to just about everywhere. The Docklands, the Walker Gallery, ... Will definitely choose the Liverpool Novotel should I make another trip to Kopite country.

We had a pleasant stay here right at the heart of Liverpool, with immaculately clean rooms and very friendly staff. A small problem with the room kettle was sorted immediately. Although the room was not huge, it was sufficient for the short stay we had. The bathroom was again on the small size but sensibly laid out and I had no problems with manouvering about {I am over 6 foot and largely made}. Very good value for money. The hotel's position is ideal from the point of view of getting around being easy strolling distance from Lime Street, the bus station and Central Station, shops, etc etc. This also the only slight downside as the building obviously overlooks the street and there is noise. Its a city centre what do you want?! Dont be put off by the hotel being over a betting shop and next door to a takeaway - we had no trouble or disturbance.

Upon arrival I was so impressed with the cleanliness, brightness and modernism of the hotel. From the corridors to the room is it immaculate. Air con and heating in rooms with remote control. Freeview. WiFi. En suite. No window though but this didn’t bother me. Allowed takeaway to be eaten in rooms. The only complaint I have is that since the rooms are underground not over ground (hence my windows) I was kept up a lot or the night due to what I presuming to be noisy pipes. I was on the 2nd floor (undergoing) and it sounded like rumbling and whirring air but right up against the wall where I was sleeping it was like there was a storm outside but it was perfect weather conditions. Another thing is that the doors are so heavy that drunken night owls also kept me up knocking on shouting and slamming their doors but this is understandable given the city centre location the pipe/environmental noise was my main issue and could even be heard over the tv. Only an issue for light sleeper

I returned after 12 years to attend an International Meeting at another hotel and as I thought,... their car park was not as secure as the one at the Crown Plaza. Although most of the Staff had moved on since my last visit , the new Staff were as friendly and cheery as they had been on any of my last visits , like most of the Liverpool Residents The Hotel, although a bit older , was still clean and accommodating and I think was easier to find than even the new one, my meeting was being held in ! Keep up the good work and I think the Staff all deserve a pat on the back , as I am sure they have all helped play a part in the development of the new Liverpool
