Our stay in Loboc was really nice and lots of fun! The staff is very nice and very helpful. They always make sure your needs are fulfilled and make sure that you have the best stay at the resort. There are lots of activities to keep guests entertained. You can go for a swim at the pool, take a ride around the resort on a bike, as well go to scheduled events such as watching the monkeys be fed or taking a boat to search for fireflies. Our favorite part would have to be the restaurant. The food is delicious! The restaurant is set next to the river and has great authentic Filipino dishes to satisfy your hunger. If you don’t feel like eating at the restaurant, they even offer room service or poolside snacks. Overall, staying at the Loboc River Resort was a blast and we would 100% recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay in Buhol.

A hidden gem!”
My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights as I wanted to take my mum to Bohol and spend time away somewhere different from the normal beaches and resorts. After searching I came across this place and thought 'why not'. This place is faultless. From the moment we arrived, they had my name handwritten on the board and provided both my mum and I with refreshing drinks on arrival and escorted us to our room. It was beautiful! The large bed was made perfectly, comfortable chairs on the balcony to look out onto the river, incredible air-con and the facilities throughout the resort such as kayaking, monkey watching, private pool and river boat rides are just amazing! It was worth ever penny. The restaurant staff were very helpful and provided little touches of extra treats every morning for breakfast. The receptionist would always arrange travel for you and would tell you exactly how much to pay and every time they saw you they would greet you with a smile and happiness. I will be travelling here again and hope other people get to experience it too because it is such an impeccable experience.

Almost Perfect Stay ”
This resort is a thumbs-up through and through…rooms are very clean and modern, food is awesome, place is unforgettable, customer service is almost perfect. I say almost perfect because it’s lacking in one aspect and that is how to return to their guests personal items that were accidentally left behind. Honestly I don’t think they have a policy and procedure on how to carry it out. People who have travelled a lot and have stayed in hotels, especially in famous ones, know it very well that if they leave personal stuff, they know that one way or another, they will be able to get them back. Well in my case, I called the resort immediately upon knowing (when they told us, we were near the airport already and turning back not obviously an option). We asked them how we could get it back. They suggested measures that when we got to Manila wasn’t doable because LBC didn’t do this service while LALAMOVE was out of their service range. I informed the resort about it and the staff said she’ll discuss it to management. Unfortunately it’s been a month now and no text, email or call. Honestly I was hoping good or bad, they should tell me at least. Btw I offered to pay them back whatever expenses that would incur or better yet, a COD. I just hope that they would create a P&P about situations like this. I’m sure my case won’t the first or last or their only one. Afterall, this is still a part of good customer service.

Unforgettable short stay!!”
We stayed at Loboc River Resort for 3 nights, and had a wonderful time. The resort is nice and clean, restaurant food is very delicious and the Resort staff are exceptional. We enjoyed the swimming pool, puddle boarding, firefly watching at night and the catch or release fishing (by the way we had our fish cooked at the Restaurant.. yummy!!) After a full day of Country side tour, we enjoyed the evening in the balcony just to relax enjoying nature. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely resort with unique access to the rooms via walkways. The superior rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The menu in the restaurant is extensive, food is well prepared and delicious.

Exceptional”
We stayed a week in the garden view cottages. The resort was a wonderful surprise with beautiful surrounds, superb facilities, very pleasant and helpful staff. The accomodation was very comfortable and the food delicious. Plenty of things to see and do. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Would probable book a river view room next time. I’ll definitely be back again.

The place was unbelievably beautiful! If there's a higher rating than 5stars, I'll definitely give them that! Super large rooms, comfy bed, very affordable food and really delicious, huge pools, and the surrounding forest and ponds are just breathtaking! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Fantastic stay”
Among the places with similar price range I stayed in Bohol, this one is clearly a winner. The resort made conscious efforts to keep the room clean and insects free (only ants and this is already a big big improvement compared with other places). Great pool and restaurant. Very nice water sports. Very lovely resort.

Superb overall experience!”
The staff here are the nicest! Everyone greets you with a smile, anytime, anywhere! Room is spacious and had a nice view of the river. The location is very relaxing, surrounded by a lot of greenery and the river giving a cool breeze. A lot of activities to be done here also, swimming, monkey feeding, boat tours, biking. Close to tourist attractions, just rent a motorbike for a day and head to the Tarsier area and Bilar Forest. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! We will surely be back! Restaurant also had good tasting food! 😋 Thank you! We had such an awesome overnight trip to Bohol!

Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely people here, our suite was huge, with the ultimate , private pool, tasty food, plenty to do or not, plenty of places to relax, or only regret was not being able to enjoy it longer.

Superb!”
I love the room as it feels very home and the staff is very friendly. The food at the restaurant is very good even more value for its price. Definitely a recommendable place and we'll surely comeback! The only catch was the residents on the other side of the river being noisy and dogs and rooster that keeps clashing even in the middle of the night.

Beautiful Riverside Location”
Family of 5 from the US spent 2 nights in Loboc, as part of week on Bohol. Loboc River Resort is a warm, friendly and comfortable resort, with a wonderful restaurant, delightful staff, large swimming pool and beautiful grounds, perfect for nature walks and relaxation. The highlight is the river location, which provides immediate access to river cruises (which we did) and paddleboarding and fishing (which we will do next time). The staff helped arrange an exciting night-time cruise to see the fireflies (we enjoyed the dark, mysterious ride up the river as much as we did seeing the trees "on fire" with fireflies), as well as a day tour to see the tarsier monkeys (so cute!) and Chocolate Hills (a life-long wish fulfilled). The lodge is woven into the marsh, with a boardwalk guiding you to the rooms. Depending on the tide, you either see the brackish river below or the muddy roots of native trees and beautiful flowering plants. We were well cared for by the kind and attentive staff, especially the kitchen workers who noticed our son's retainer he had left on the breakfast table, and kept it safe until we returned. Overall, Loboc River Resort is a wonderful getaway with a perfect riverside location and a great base to jump off to see all that the center of Bohol has to offer.

Excellent stay”
This place is great. From the staff to the restaurant to the rooms. We upgraded to a river cabin. It was great. Nothing I can find to complain about. The front desk girl Jude went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for us. All of the staff was great. I am looking forward to the next trip to Bohol. And the Loboc River Resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope next time it’s longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Restaurant had lots of choice and reasonably priced with a wonderful view over the river. Rooms are lovely and spacious. The pool is beautiful and walking around the resort is wonderful, they’ve retained a really authentic feel. Air con is quite noisy and we had a problem with ants in our bathroom but these were minor things. Would definitely stay again!
