This is my second time staying here, and it still doesn't dissapoint. The room is so neat and clean and I had a very comfortable sleep. It's absolutely way better than other hotels of the same affordable price.

Unless you wanna get dissapointed, listen to me. If you're looking for a very affordable place to stay the night in, I highly recommend this one. It may not have a TV and a telephone in a room, but the neatness and cleanliness is outstanding and incomparable.

I book this place because its very affordable though I was hesitant at it because sometimes, affordable place means not good at all (though it does not apply to all). We arrived around 12pm if we wanted to check-in to leave our things behind for us to stroll around downtown. They asked for 300php for early check-in(which is not bad at all). The room is super clean, it has 2 single beds which we eventually attached to one another, the bathroom is also clean. No television in the room and wifi is weak but its not important at all. The place is quiet, you can definitely rest. The fast-food chains along Lacson St is a walking distance same with the Capital Park & Lagoon and going to Ayala Capitol Central. Everything is accessible even if you want to take the public commute. I will definitely comeback to this place and will recommend it.

Staff were kind and nice, very tidy rooms, medyo hindi lang sya at the center of bacolod downtown but you can book grab or walk to reach the city. 10mins walk lang downtown.

Room - Very simple, worth the price if you would only use it for sleeping. Bed, Aircon, and CR are what you get. Quite clean actually. Has furniture for your items. Room has no TV. Location - LOC is one tricycle away from most fast foods like mcdo, jollibee and chowking in Lacson street, and the Capitol park. Has a small cafe and laundry shop at the ground floor of LOC. Feels dangerous to walk around vicinity late at night though. Some people prefer walking from Lacson street to LOC and thats fine. It is within walking range, around 5 minutes. But if you are trying to check-in to LOC by 2 PM, better take a tricycle than walk under extreme heat. Checking the distance in a map can be deceiving. Services - Provides 2 bottled water on check-in. Has wifi, but the internet speed is non-existent. Tried to use data, but the signal is also poor inside the room. No assistance provided in loading of baggage, but they did help in getting me a taxi. Also has water dispenser in the hallway.

I love how this place is close to Lacson street and close mostly to everything we need! This is the place if you’re traveling and your not gonna stay much at the hotel. Super convenient to book it and to check out too. We’ll definitely go back!
