I lived there several times. However I faced few problems. Second day of my stay, wifi was not working. However staffs managed it after a while. However behavior (probably management person) was not enough kind like other hotels and was not apologized for trouble. Another day I could not get hot water. Hot water dispenser was trouble some. However as a solo traveller it is good place to stay.

Great stay always”
It was a wonderful stay. I sometimes stay at this favorite hotel. When I checked in late at night and had trouble opening the front door, a kind foreigner opened it for me. It seems to be popular with overseas guests. The quality of the shampoo here is the best and the lighting is lil dark, so very calming in a room. All the staff were kind and fluent in Japanese and English, and everything was wonderful. thank you very much.

Nice hotel. Clean. Good location - 10 mins walk to Shimbashi Station and there are multiple train lines from there. Good for local izakaya type means too. Room was small, bathroom was the size of a ship cruise bathroom. Everything else is great!

Perfect location and staff”
Staff were very friendly even though we couldnt speak any japanese. 24 hour reception is was great. Location is right next to shimbashi station. Only 30 minutes from all the population locations. All the JR lines are at the station. Its the working mans suberb so not many places for breakfast but lots of bento boxes in the morning to take back to the hotel. All in all i highly reccomend this hotel

Great value for what it costs. Location is not as bad as some others say, about 10 min walk to Shimbashi station, but the area is lively so it's not a boring walk. The hotel itself seems pretty new and clean. Staff does not speak much English but do try their best given the limitation. Room fairly big compared to other in the same price range and area. One complaint though is that I requested 1 double bed when I booked on Agoda and got an email shortly that says request approved by the hotel. However when I got to the room it was 2 twins, asked the staff why and they say double would cost more, even though I had the email to prove it was approved.

まだ新しく、きれいで、清潔感あります。 部屋は広くありませんが、部屋ではただ寝るだけなので、この価格なら何の問題もなし！ コスパ、非常に高いです。東京出張の際はまた利用します。

トーキョータワーをベッドに横たわりながら見れるのは初めてでした。 お風呂も綺麗だし 洗面所も気持ちよいし 椅子がもう一つあるか ソファがあると もっとよくなると思う。

先週初めて利用させていただきました。 御成門駅か新橋のちょうど間のオフィス街の 落ち着いた場所にあります。 ９Fの角のお部屋を予約させていた大なのですが東京タワーや日当たりがよく快適でした。 １２Fがフリーのカフェとスペースがありとてもよかったです。また利用したいと思います。
