The staff and the place was nice but needs an upgrade to level up guest expectations. Kitchen location is also is a big issue wherein as you enter into the hotel you smell food right away up to the hotel hallways down to the rooms. Overall, hotel needs a big upgrade.

we had a good and comfortable stay”
hotel was very clean. good facilities... except that there's no wifi. they arranged transportation for us within the city. however, they shoukd at least give us a confirmation email of our booking and advised ys that there's no airport transfer! the number in the agoda voucher was not correct. i had a hard time communicating with them prior to check in. i did not even know how to get there from the airport. anyway, food was good.

This is a nice place to stay for Malaybalay. Don't expect to think you are in Makati. It's also located a bit south out of the city center down a dirt road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept, the restaurant was very adequate. The only real issue was that I don't think Wifi was available in the rooms. I could never find an SSID to connect to, though it was available in the lobby. I will stay there next time I'm in Malaybalay.
