        It’s minimalist, very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and worth the price.
        The noises around the area, while staying there, I kept hearing loud banging noises which disturbed my sleep a little bit.

        The staff from the property were polite and considerate and very quick to respond to inquiries, such as when I found the keys hard to use and when the Wi-Fi wasn't working, though they were not on-hand to help in person.
        The internet was unfortunately not working at all. The keys were also all together and not labelled in anyway. 4 different keys, one for the front door, which didn't open easily at all. One for the flat and one for the room. And an additional mysterious key. All of them look and are roughly the same.

        it was absolutely filthy when we finally arrived after a long drive down. I contacted the management team and there response was would you like a cleaner? at 10:30pm no thank you, there was poo stains on the bed the walls where filthy hairs on the mirrors a communal kitchen living room that was filthy rips in the chairs no tv to watch in there. fire alarm was hanging off. I decided to take my family out of there and book in at the radisson Blu. what then cost me another £250 as it was last minute. I have since left feedback with the management and what’s app and asked for a refund as we didn’t stay there and there hasn’t been any communication with them. I am currently in Antigua on holiday so I can’t ring them. I will chase up when I’m home . it’s a no go for family’s and more of a youth hostel.

        No lift at the apartment so that I have to carry my big luggage up to the top This is where most ppl traveling to airport stays so most have luggage with them. This is not a good choice for ppl traveling with heavy luggage

        Literally nothing, it was a scam
        It was scam, I went there, I shouted for someone to appear (it was in the middle of nowhere), I knocked, I sent an email (they never responded), nothing worked, I paid for nothing. It was awful and I had to sleep at the airport because of this terrible and horrendous "hotel".

        Warm rooms close to Heathrow”

        Great location to stay if you have an early flight from Heathrow. Bathroom was clean.
        The rooms did not look like advertised - it was bare with only pillows and bedding on bed, not nicely decorated as on pictures. Walls in bedroom had lots of ugly scuff marks. I asked for airport transport and received a response saying an invoice will be sent. Never received invoice and no transport showed up. Luckily I had enough time to order an Uber. Much cheaper than what the property’s transport would have cost me anyway.

        Nothing about this place was good. Never stay here.
        The staff were not helpful AT ALL. They didn't even let me check-in. I was traveling Europe for the past three months. The check in experience was awful, I give them all of my paperwork in time for checkin and they are telling me I cannot check in without doing more paperwork. I showed up at my check-in time and no one was there or receptive of my calls. Thank god my taxi driver stayed with me because I ended up just going to a hotel. Don't stay in this dump hole. Absolutely awful experience.

        the information on booking.Com was not clear on deposits and had to make phone calls to admin to access the property.Not a nice experience,information must be detailed on booking.Com so we know we are going into self service outright.We had to wait for 40 minutes outside the property before getting access in the cold😡😡😡
