Accommodation near many tourist attractions is only a short walk to tourist attractions. Lovely staff, kind They tried to communicate with guests with a smile. (Must speak slowly) Clean room, big bathtub The beds are comfortable, quiet, cool air. There are 2 free bottles of drinking water. Staff can recommend other interesting places to visit and arrange a shuttle for us. At an impressive price The only blame is late at night. I smell the cigarette. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and don't like it at all.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Long Life Riverside from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Made to feel welcome from Thuy, a warm smile, friendly and very helpful. Always had time to chat about my day & future plans. Other staff friendly, but with a lack of English, but hey, I'm in Vietnam Hotel nicely situated by the Riverside, with local shops, cafe's/restaurants, bars near by, with the old town of Hoi An two minutes walk. Hotel looked nice inside with a Vietnamese look throughout, pool set in a nice courtyard garden. Stayed in a poolside room, very big in size, bathroom also of a good size, clean except for the grouting around the edges in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price, however, It was the only issue I had with my stay. It was enough for me to start the day, but could be approved upon. Overall, a great stay, would recommend, & return in the future 😁

At first we got room on 3rd fl., but water is not flow then we ask staff to change the room on 2fl. They change room for us and water flow is very good. Staff willing to help but mostly can’t speak english.

Perfect location by the river. Night market is just at the doorstep! Across the river, is the ancient city, the famous Japanese Bridge and lots of shops and eateries. The deluxe king room is very big for a couple. There is a separate living room and bedroom and toilet is huge with a large bathtub. My only disappointment is my assigned room was not ready for check-in even at 5pm. Was given another room instead. Breakfast can be better catered for foreigners. Would definitely come back again to this hotel.

It's a very nice hotel at a great location , no complains at al except 1 ,the staff needs 2 learn a lil more English,it gets very difficult to communicate and make them understand anything ,they are very sweet but it's very difficult to communicate with them for even the smallest thing ...I had a great stay except for this 1 issue.....

Hotel is beside of the river, very close to night market. We booked deluxe room with king size bed, large space but have a bit smell and AC isn’t cool enough for us

This is my 2nd stay. Main reason always is the location due to just infront of river and in the centre of most happening area in Hoi an but not noisy at all. Hoi an is good place to relax and enjoy local food within wlking distance

Breakfast was excellent as was the service ! We had no power when we arrived until night time however it seems the whole street loses power in different sections each day. We had no wifi for 2days however was rectified eventually. No secure bike parking, had to leave it with a shop owner out the back at a cost. They dont offer many extras that alot of other hotels do (e.g. bicycle hire, laundry, tours).

This hotel is in an amazing location for the night action on the streets in Hoi An. Staff were not so friendly as other places we have stayed but good enough. The room we had was tired and old. It was adequate but I wouldn’t rebook for next time.

The location is very convenient near night market. The price is acceptable. Only some staff can speak English. The room we stay we got 1 king size and 2 queen size beds. Big room but the bathroom door can’t close. However, it got repaired finally.

Amazing Location”
Hotel has great location and looked amazing room when we first went in. Went to have a bath (spa) but there was a completely missing jet so the water could only get to about 4 inches deep. the pool looked nice in photos with a bar but the bar was never operational at any point during our stay not sure why and 3 of us cut our feet on the grate in the pool which my son cut quite deep and required butterfly clips to close. not sure why a grate in a pool is sharp.
