Positive: The pool water is warm which is good specially for the kids who will swim until late in the evening. The pool is big (serenity and infinity), both with for adult and for kids. I really like the infinity pool. When you swim and look down at the tiles of pool, it’s really clean, no rust, no stain nor dark edges and spot. The staff are accomodating Easy to locate The place is relaxing and peaceful which is a plus for me because for a working mom you want to go to place wherein calm and serene. Feel that my kid is safe in the place which is a plus also for me, it’s my top priority, don’t like a crowded resort or swimming pool. The rooms and cabanas were designed in order and not crowded, the distance is enough and nice. The morning breeze, mist and smell, I love it, like you’re in a province but you were just in bulacan which is a City already. Pros: Excellent pools!! The best thing about it is all the pools are heated. You can have a night swim and enjoy it as much as you would during the day because of the warm water. Even if it is raining, you would still enjoy having a swim. The area is lighted well too so it looks real pretty and bright at night. Cons: No hot water for shower in the rooms and no deadbolt on the doors for additional security. Limited space to hang wet clothes.

NOT RELAXING AT ALL”
VENUE - There is no restaurant in this resort which caused a huge hassle on our part. We wanted to go to a resort and not waste time in cooking our food. We had to go out of the resort every time to buy our food. Moreover, the place is not well-maintained. It is very dirty because the plants are not trimmed, hence, leaves and other debris are everywhere. ROOM - Not well maintained as well. We had a veranda but the seats and table are concrete and planted on the ground. Therefore, it was very difficult for a group to have a nice time in the veranda. Moreover, the aircon was leaking on the veranda. The comfort room was really tiny and they only allotted 1 tiny CR for a group of 6 people. Tiny sink, tiny towel rack, tiny toilet, no shower curtains, just plain awful. One of the beds also had a spring sticking out which caused my friend to be injured. STAFF - The guard (old man) was really rude. Some staff are accommodating but some are really lazy! 1.) I asked for th WIFI password and they said that I need to go to their office for the password. I asked the front desk for the number of the office and lo and behold, they do not know the number of the office. 2.) We asked one guy to fix our leaking aircon but he just looked at us and nodded and walked away. They didn't fix it. 3.) I asked one staff for a mop (veranda was muddy because of the leaking aircon) and his reply to me was "Ma'am, I'm currently not on-duty. Ask someone else." POOL - Pool is good but prepare yourself for a strong smell of chlorine. To sum this up, don't go here because you will experience all the hassle you don't deserve. Not worth the money.

Poor management, website misleading”
Part 1: if I can only put 0 out of 5... There's so much mishandling of this resort, the website's picture is very deceiving they photoshopped everything. I booked to this resort with 3 rooms for feb 17-18. everything was paid online but I've been told by the front desk that there's no way they could find my payment, they said they can't access Any confirmation or booking ID from agoda or priceline, I use my phone Ask for their wifi and got all the info.. I made this reservation since December 2016, I spend most of my time on checking in.They're keep calling me and going to the front desk, and I haven't got time to spend reuniting with my friends and swim at the pool. use of pool area is only until 10pm but the website says overnight use of amenities specially swimming. Because no staff will be staying at the hotel after 10pm only 2 security guards. What if there's a medical emergency , even 5 men can easily beat up their 2 security guards. To be continued...

Visiting Family in the Area”
The hotel was the only accomodation that could be booked online in the Locality. The Family room for 6 adults was good and included a small balcony area. The doulbe rooms face the carpark and are badically a box with a bed and tv. Tgere was inly one power outlet so you could only charge one phone or watch tv not both. The shower facilities were verey basic and the first nighlt the shower dripped all night till we worked out the tap sealed before it was fully rotated the opened again. The pool arwas are the main poinf of this establishment and they are good. If like me you have to stay in this area then just be prpared for a very basic room with a small doulble bed that even filipinos found hard and cramped coupled with zero star facilittes in the rooms.

Excellent support from staff”
I went there to host the wedding reception of one of my colleagues at work. Since that was my first time hosting a wedding reception, I really have no idea what to do, but luckily the staff of the resort were there to help us coordinating the event.
