Immaculate brightly lit rooms with a wonderful city view. A very spacious bathroom. They have a spacious gym, very clean indoor pool and sauna. The sauna area is equipped with a locker room. They provide a bracelet key that is waterproof so that you can safely keep your things in a locker. Personal area has showers and an area where you can dry your hair. They also have a grocery store, mall, observation deck, lounges if you want to hang out at the hotel. Breakfast buffet selection was plentiful and delicious. They also make fresh pho. Staff was pleasant.

Wow.. the best 5 star I have stayed in vietnam for sure. ”
I spent 180AUD low season per night and we stayed 5 night’s . The room was beautiful with a large entry bathroom and super views on the 44th level. This Hotel will go over and above for you. the service is high class the amenities high class the pool is heated thank you so much as my mrs loved me for that as it was cold outside. The hotel was warm the rooftop bar at level 69 was epic, the views 360 wow.. This hotel exceeded our expectations and with the hustle & bustle & pollution of Hanoi this hotel was a welcome Oasis away from all the craziness. 10/10 thank you Lotte and the staff for the best stay in our 1 month holiday vietnam.

Though slightly pricer than hotels in the Old Quarters, it is value for money as our stay in Lotte has been amazing. Unblocked amazing views, everything in excellent working condition, not to mention a clean room. A wonderful stay to rest and relax on our last leg of our holiday. The best business hotel in Hanoi bar none !! All The staff in the executive lounge are so warm , friendly and attentive and do their best to take great care of you . The best part of Lotte hotel is the food ! Ranging from great korean food which is very authentically cooked and prepared by the culinary staff . Truly a Luxe Experience”
The views of Hanoi in the hotel are amazing — by a long shot, the building is the tallest in the area, and you can see almost the entirety of the city! The facilities were many and the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean! We were very comfortable. The only issue is that it’s located in the “downtown” side of Hanoi, and isn’t near to the Old Quarter/French Quarter, which is the highlight of tourist trips. It’s a short Taxi/Grab ride away, so it’s still okay. Nice to explore outside of the standard areas as well — lots of restaurants and cafes to explore.

The hotel is in a nice, convenient area (business/embassy district), not far from the city center but away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. The hotel was well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent service from the staff. My only (minor) complaint is that the water pressure of the shower was a bit low. Overall, I’d highly recommend Lotte Hanoi.

Lotte is the best hotel that I've stayed in Hanoi. The room is clean, bright, nice layout. The working station has the right height that fits me and table top with charging panel. Wifi connection is good. The club serve great Korean dinner :) The hotel is just next to a shopping mall, very convenient.

Korean Style Hotel Experience”
When i stayed in Lotte Hotel Hanoi, i didn’t want to go out anymore. They had everything, Lotte Department Store, Lotteria and Lotte Mart in the same building. Also had the best gym, sauna, Korean style spa, swimming pool experience. The views from the rooms are amazing! If you like everything Korean style, this is the place for you! you don’t need to think this twice and read my review everything you need is in here, great amenities, cafe at 7th floor, gym,sauna, Tim Howan at 35th flr, Top Floor Bar, indoor and outdoor pool and the Lotte Mall. I was not 100% sure about the hotel’s location when I booked it, as it’s a bit far away from Old quarter area but I really wanted to stay here. Turned out, there are lots of cafes & restaurants around the hotel, and since Grab taxi is so cheap here, the location was not a big deal for me in the end. It’s clean, friendly staff and has shopping mall/mart in the same building. I would stay here again if I visit Hanoi again.

The room is spacious and the view is spectacular! I stayed on the 50th floor and I had a panoramic view of Hanoi city. There is a Lotte supermarket just below and a shopping mall as well. Very convenient and accessible to all parts of Hanoi. You can take a Grab to any part of Hanoi and easily book a grab back to Lotte.

All the staff were very professional. Although the location of the hotel was far from the old quarter, it has its own mall and with a cab it is about 20 min away from the city. Absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.
