So Professional”
This is what you would expect from a great 5-star hotel in Seoul. My rooms were not ready so my check in time was delayed. But they compensated me with a bottle of wine and rooms upgrade! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast offers wide selection. Location-wise, it is just within walking distance to Myeong-dong and Lotte malls. I could not ask for more.

Prime location. The road is quite busy. Easy access to all touristy location especially myeongdong street. Taxi is easy to get. Staff is helpful. Room is clean. Lotte duty free & department store is connected to hotel thus easy to shop & to find food. Room amenities is ok. Can order halal food from room service but only 1 menu available. No complaint really.

First time to Seoul”
Im glad i choose this hotel. Location is perfect. From the day we arrived for check in till the day we checked out, all the staff is friendly and helpful. Room is cozy eventhough no toothbrush provided but thats fine coz we always bring our own. They provide good quality shampoo ,conditioner and shower bath. The bed super duper cozy. I got no negative comment. Infact im returning back there hopefully same month for 2023. ❤❤❤

The price is worth the stay. Convenient and staff is efficient. Room is spacious. The lighting in my deluxe twin is too "romantic" for my taste but we made do. We had to use the table lights to pack properly, it got too dim after 8pm.

6 stars service and perfect location”
stayed with 2 young kids in this wonderful hotel. Room is a bit small but service and location made it all up. Hotel staff came within 5 mins to solve all the problems in the room (to fix broken light bulb, refill shower gel... etc) Although most extra requirement (like birthday cake surprise and carton box for packaging) came with extra cost, they are all worthwhile to create good memory with family.

Best experience in Seoul”
I am so pleased with this hotel. The service is second to none and all the staff members are extremely helpful, polite, and kind. We are traveling with adults, elderly adults, and young children and all of us have been happy here. There’s plenty to see, do, and eat. The hotel is attached to Lotte Town which are 3 department stores connected on a couple of floors. There’s something for everyone! It is also right outside of a train station which makes commuting options nice with taxi vs subway/train. Myeongdong is across the street so for those interested, it’s a quick walk. Many eateries and convenience stores (and grocery stores) are just across the street. Currency exchange kiosk is in the lobby - just need your passport. I’ll 10000% always choose this hotel again for every Seoul trip.

Super polite and helpful concierge staff. resto recommendations and bookings prior to the trip, to other bookings during the stay, they were all helpful! Kudos to this amazing team! Breakfast was amazing! so many food choices and we loved the coffee bar. We loved the location of the hotel its connected to Lotte Dept store and just a few minutes walk to Myeongdong.

The room is nice though quite small, The twin beds are also small, if only for 2 person still okay. The bathroom is nice with small bathtub. Beautiful lobby and hotel area in general especially during Christmas. Easy access to the mall with the foodcourt. You can get everything you need. Also easy access to the subway. Airport shuttle stops in front of the hotel.

Defs feels like a luxury stay”
We stayed one night at Lotte Hotel as a means to treat ourselves. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to find us a separate waiting area whilst we waited for the airport bus after check out. It definitely leans more on the classic side so it might not be for you if you’re looking for a modern vibe.

The room is spacious and clean. The drop down window allows ample sunlight to come in as well as a good view outside. The hotel is linked to Lotte Departmental store which is perfect if you don’t feel like walking outdoor during cold winter days.

Great hotel with excellent location”
Pros: 1. Excellent location, shop straight from basement at lotte department, food places, avenuel, young plaza, myeongdong basement shopping strip and connect directly to myeongdong street via basement. (great for cold winter or rainy days). 2. Excellent service from the crew at lotte hotel, be it the front desk, concierge standing outside (they are very hardworking, professional and helpful). 3. Tip top service from the cleaning lady on the 29th floor (she knows and remember what we needed during our stay so she will top it up for us everyday. Thank you) 4. Beautifully decorated hotel during christmas with many nice christmas trees all around. really put you in the mood. Well done. 5. Comfortable bed. Not forgetting the powerful rainshower in the bathroom. Felt sad when i came home to my pathetic rainshower pressure. Haha. 6. Large and safe hotel. No dodgy businesses here. Great for families. 7. Many facilities: we used the spa, hotel lounge, cake shop, buffet at La Seine, courier services due to overloaded luggage, etc. Cons: 1. Traffic is extremely congested around this area. There are protest along the street on saturdays. Can be a headache to catch a taxi. 2. Very busy hotel with many people all day at the lobby. Definitely not quiet. 3. Room is old (Main Tower). 4. Breakfast is nothing to rave about.

This is really a 5-star hotel. The hotel is impeccable, the restaurants serve fine dining and the staff and service are incredible. From giving us directions around Seoul to translating things we did not understand. All done with professionalism and a smile. Myeongdong is 10 mins away through the underpass directly from the hotel so you have everything that you need…food, drinks and shopping close by the hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

I tested positive in COVID 19 during my stay, although I cant stay in the hotel, they were very responsive. Helped me find a quarantine hotel and even booked a quarantine taxi for me. An experience for the books when I exit in an emergency exit. 😂

Location can’t be beat. But our entry level room was a tad small and dated. It was bearable as we spent most our time outside. Service was excellent. The French restaurant PG at the Executive tower was beautiful with excellent service but the food was slightly underwhelming.
