Best stay ever in my life, For sure”
I requested lots of things and all staff were very helpful to my requestment. Room was tidy, everything i need was in room including washing machine and laundry drier, view at 61th floor were great. Would comeback to hanoi for stay in here.

Breakfast during covid restriction”
Breakfast was included in the paid room rate and also informed hotel during checkin. However, breakfast restaurant is closed and only breakfast box was available. Front desk staff only informed to pick up in the morning but did not specify time. A welcome letter provided during check in noted breakfast time was 6am to 10am. When I arrived at 9:50am, I was informed breakfast box was closed at 9:30am. I would not recommend to have breakfast as part of room rate during covid restriction.

Really excellent stay”
This was my fourth trip to Hanoi but my first trying Lotte the Residence. No regrets whatsoever. The lobby waiting area was beautifully furnished and front desk check in was efficient and very helpful. My unit was in the style of an apartment with one bedroom, a small kitchen, a living room with dryer and washing machine. It was such a spacious place to stay for one person. Facilities such as gym, pool, sauna and japanese baths were part of the package and was fantastic although the pool was outdoor and quite cold during the October weather. Breakfast was on the hotel wing's 63rd floor with wide choices of western, local and Korean food. My favourites were the seasonal fruits, the korean pancake, pho and the latte but staff were overly efficient. On 2 days, they cleared my plates before I actually finished, thinking I had left. Staff were fantastic everywhere, housekeeping, cafe, front desk, bellboy and security. It was a little pricy but well recommended.

With 65-Floor-Hotel, You can experience supurb viewpoint of Hanoi. Enjoy the aroma of west lake while taking a bath in your room. It will be one of the best moment ever in your life. Also, service was perfect and Evian Spa, Top of Hanoi was EXCEPTIONAL. If you are heading to Hanoi, I strongly recommend this spot for unique, luxurious experience. But keep in mind. There is NO FREE MEAL. You shall be ready to pay for it.

We enjoyed the stay. One thing to note is that apartment resident can only access the outdoor pool for free and have to pay additional fees for indoor pool. If the weather is ok to swim outdoor that would be no problem
