No apartment for us”

We arrived and thru didn't have the apartment we booked. Only small one and ugly. So we complained but no way, no solution. They gave us the money back and we quit. We should find smother location by ourself. Incredible

Fits for unassuming clients for a long stay”

Well, if you are looking for a long-stay kind of serviced apartment in Thao Dien area then it might be an option. However do not expect much - easy to be disappointed.

Just an empty apartment. ”

Being a vacant apartment - it had no plates, utensils, glasses or cups. I'd stay again for sure though. Very difficult to find however, it took us 3 taxi attempts to find it. Apartment contact number was nowhere to be found. It says 'Building 16' yet it is located much further down the street than houses 12, 14 and 18.

Dirty rooms and sheets”

Rooms are dirty and sheets had hair all over them. Both beds. Staff try but clearly these guys dont know how to run a proper hotel

Dirty apartment ”

We stayed for 1 night only and that was too much! We checked in and the apartment was not cleaned at all. We had to ask for a broom sweep the dirt from the floor and there was existing garbage left under the sink and unwashed dishes. For bedding it was a thin blanket. The air con was loud but at least have cold air. No toiletry provided. As we check in late and with a young toddler the option of searching for another hotel at the time was not good. We had to stay but was very disappointed and paid too much for what we received. Location was also far from everything. Not a good idea to stay here. Will never come back. They are over-rated. Agoda needs to review again the star rating.

Hotel was OK, but we would have liked to stay longer. The lack of any kitchen equipment, 1 thin blanket on the beds and dirty rooms made that impractical.

This place is basic but ok. The location is fantastic and the price is not going to hurt. The staff are not very dynamic but th e hotel is safe and quiet.

Nach der Besichtigung des Lotus Apartments stand sofort fest hier können wir nicht bleiben. Das Apartment ist schmutzig und ungepflegt die wenigen Küchenutensilien sind verschmutz und nicht nutzbar wenn vorhanden. In den ritzen des Sofas was total verschmutzt war fanden wir Müll Reste der Vorgänger. Die Betten hart, benutzte Bettwäsche, Bettdecken waren nicht vorhanden. Resümee: Ein absolut nicht zumutbares Apartment der Preis im Verhältnis zum Service ist zweifellos verfehlt!

Non riesco a capire perché gli appartamenti vengano forniti con pochissime cose e soprattutto senza logica. 2 piatti, 3 bicchieri, qualche posata, due pentole (sporche) piccole, 2 tazze.... Ti danno solo un asciugamano a testa e le camere non hanno le tende per la luce, così alle 5 entra io sole. Non c'è nient'altro, abbiamo dovuto perfino chiedere il microonde perché mancava, non danno neppure l'acqua. Eppure basterebbe poco, basterebbe un servizio da tavola completo da 6 persone (numero Max di occupanti), 3 pentole di dimensione diversa, una padella e qualche strumento per cucinare. Due tovaglie a persona, i saponi anche per la cucina e mettere due tende per la luce, solo con queste poche cose il Service Apartment avrebbe un punteggio maggiore. Se uno viene in un tipo di struttura simile è perché spera di poter preparare almeno qualche cosa da mangiare, invece siamo dovuti uscire tutti i giorni, a questo punto meglio un hotel.

Conosciamo bene gli altri service apartments della zona e questo per ora è il peggiore.L'appartamento aveva una dotazione meno che basic, non aveva nemmeno i bicchieri. Non c'era nulla per poter fare almeno la colazione, solo due tazze (in 4) ma nessuna posata. Niente di niente. Per avere un taxi bisognava aspettare tantissimo e spesso andavamo a piedi nella via principale. Il personale era gentile e disponibile ma per il resto purtroppo non posso dire nulla di buono.

空港から少し遠くでっかい橋超えて行きますタクシーも飛び番地のせいで近くで少し場所を探しました。周りは高級住宅地で静かです。アパートメントの気さくな受付の兄ちゃんに聞いた近くのアメリカ系？レストランのステーキハンバーグとカルボナーラが絶品です。住んでる人は欧米系と富裕層だそうですが、知ってるチャイナの方達とは違ってとても静かでした。他タクシーで５分位いくと屋台に近い店やレストランや和食レストランがあります。のんびりするには最高ではないかな～観光での滞在は郊外なので向かないと思います。コストパフォーマンスは最高です。ソファーは日本の倍の幅があります。TVは多分47インチと寝室にもう一台あります。バストイレは２か所でした。そのほかキッチンリビングが２０帖くらいWi-Fi完備で乾燥機付き洗濯機と乾燥室でかい冷蔵庫ともう長期滞在者にはバッチグーの環境ですね。

미국인 학교, 영국인 학교가 위치한 전형적인 서양인들이 거주 하는 빌라촌 또는 서비스 아파트 촌에 위치해 있음. 1군과는 거리가 30분 이상 떨어져 있으며 관광객이 거주하기는 적당하지 않습니다. 주로 년계약으로 거주 하는 가족단위 외국인 들이 거주 하는 아파트 입니다. 주위에 식당이나 편의점 등은 찾기 힘들며 이 건물은 full address를 가지고 있어도 찾는데 시간이 꽤 소요 될 것입니다. 장기 출장자에게 적합한 곳으로 판단됩니다. 장점은 개인 privacy가 상당히 보장 되며 또한 아주 조용한 곳에 위치 하고 있습니다. 가족단위로 개인 여행 시 또는 장기 출장자에게 적합하며 그 외에는 적당한 곳은 아닌 것 같습니다.
