This property is above the bus stop in Lao Cai and right across the street from the local market. Everything is very close and the rooms were very large, new and wonderfully clean. The staff was great, and the food was good as well. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel looks old on the outside but it is a hidden gem. beautiful facilities and room inside and you get a lot for your money. it is a little farther from central but not too far. it is quiet and near the market. the staff is also very nice! would def recommend this place

Good and clean”
Pros: big family room, clean, good variety for breakfast buffee, can order trips etc. Driver to Bac Ha market was very nice - didn't speed and was friendly. Room warmed up quickly. Ordered dinner to our room which was very tasty. Cons: in local area, if You want to go to bars and restaurants, it's 15min walk, poor English in reception, whole building is cold, in Saturdays very loud and absolutely no sound proofing - You can hear everything what's going on in hallway and other rooms. Kids play room was nice but in a basement next to bus terminal door, so I'd never allow my kids to play there by themselves. Biggest con was that when we arrived at 7AM, receptionist demanded 700k for eary check in. They had room available, but wasn't nice that our small kid was sleeping and 500k was final offer - pay or walk 7 hours in the city. Not nice at all. Overall nice clean hotel.

New Hotel”
We had many problems upon checking into our rooms, good thing is that the staff were able to attend to the issues immediately. We were located near the lifts, extremely noisy people talking loudly coming back to their rooms after midnight while we trying to get some good night rest. This is a brand new hotel only about 3 months old but attention to room details seem to be lacking. This hotel is just opposite the market and noisy bus station near our room, where buses horn sometimes even at 2am in the morning. If you are a light sleeper maybe request for rooms away from lifts and bus entrances. ALL their hotel staff are very kind and friendly except for the director or I think it’s the owner not so friendly. We booked 5nights, I think was too long. Should of booked 2nights elsewhere, was my first time in sapa. Now we know for next time.

Absolutely awesome”
The hotel is located within a few minutes from Sapa bus station. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff who arranged for early check in and late check out. Served hot tea to guests to keep warm even in the wee hours of the morn when guests arrived. Rooms and common spaces are large and spacious. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free feet bath for 15 mins at the spa. The General Manager of the hotel was always around to make sure that guests were well taken cared of. Very glad with my choice. Highly recommended.

對於第一次來sapa,買特產比較方便，傳統菜市場就在對面，飯店旁邊就是長途車站，對於旅遊真的很方便! 唯一缺點:熱水真的要等3-5分鐘才有熱水 其他設施我給與很高評價

방음이 안되고 직원들은 영어를 못한다. 의사소통이 매우 어렵다. 손님이 와도 바쁘다. 눈을 보지 않는다. 당신은 다른일을 한다 나는 기다린다 영원히. 잔돈을 주지 않는다. 돈을 먹어버렸다.

위치는 좋았지만. ”
청소년 자녀 포함 3인 가족입니다. 새호텔이라 그런지 침구류는 뽀송뽀송 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로앞이 시장과 야시장이 열리는데 딱히 사거나 먹을거는 없었습니다(사파가 워낙 맛집이 없는 곳이라 더더욱) 하노이 가는 노란 버스회사가 바로 옆건물 사오비엣 사무실이 시장넘어서 바로 호수나 광장이랑은 거리가 좀 있지만 걸어 다닐만한 거리입니다. 직원들이 영어가 잘 되서 번역기 사용해서 의사 소통했구요. 다만 조식이 너무 부실했어요 3박했는데 두번째 날은 손님이 없었는지 쌀국수랑 에그스테이션 있는곳에 빵이랑 과일정도만 같이 있더라구요 직원 3명이 한분은 쌀국수 한분은 계란요리 한분은 빵을 구워주셨다는 그날은 빵도 식빵 한가지였고 잼 종류도 비치 되있지 않았어요
