Our stay: May 30 - June 11 2022 - Shower head was not working properly, brought it to the staff attention and it was fixed/replaced shower head right away. (First room we stayed) - We were transferred to 3 different rooms during our 11 days stay in Lotus Blu Hotel due to air-conditioning malfunctions which is beyond control of the establishment. Thank you for transferring us to a room (in a very timely manner ) with air condition that is working. - Delicious breakfast: our kids love the DAILY breakfast in bed, delivered daily with friendly staff. SUGGESTIONS: * make a daily check of room’s amenities for deficiencies, like the shower head. All shower heads of 3 rooms we occupied during our stay was not working properly. * Put a brighter lightbulb in the bathroom so I can see what is in the bathroom 😂 ( light in the bathroom was dim) * Make your room dress-right-dress/uniform. We were transferred 3x due to air condition malfunctions and some rooms (exact room we paid for and occupied) has small refrigerator, very tight space and bigger spaces. * allowed “long-stay” guests to occupy the rooms with mini refrigerator and spacious rooms. * Read the “accommodation request” by guest filled out during the hotel booking. It is there for a reason. I have PTSD for dark, dim, area. During our stay, there was a construction/expansion of the hotel and I understand the obstructions of constructions in the hotel windows, but during our 3x room transfer, the last room is widely open where we are able to see sunshine and made the room brighter. Overall rating: 5Stars ****** and we will stay again to this hotel for future Legaspi City visit which is in October- December 2022.

Quality Hotel ”
Lotus Blu is a 4 star hotel conveniently located near many of the businesses and government agencies I need to visit while in Legazpi. The SM mall is a short walk away, DFA is nearby. The hotel is attached to a mall with 3 good dine in restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, and Pizza). Rooms are high quality, clean and comfortable with all room items in excellent working order. Outside parking watched by doorman is available. I recommend this hotel to anyone with a budget available for quality accomodations.

This hotel is accessible via local transport. Hotel is exceptionally clean and staff are very polite and accommodating. Safe and secure with 24 hours reception and security personnel. Our stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. I would have stayed longer if I could. My only issue would be the shower as the bottom faucet was still turned on despite choosing the showerhead option so the shower water was a bit low. Great stay nonetheless.

We had a great 4 nights stay at Lotus Blu Hotel. Check-in and out was fast. Staffs were accommodating and polite. The rooms were clean and spacious. Location was very strategic with only 2-3 minutes walk to SM City Legazpi for your essential needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Being a small city, there’s very little tourists in Legazpi and lotus blu hotel is probably one of the better hotels around. Shopping malls are ample around the area, and all within 5-10 min walking distance. You may hail a trike from the street too. The hotel also provide airport transfer, so be sure to utilize it. We booked an ATV tour prior to reaching and gt the hotel to get a quote for a driver for half a day (7am-1pm) and the price came up to an exorbitant 3000php. The hotel staff will make the call for you but they will not advise if the price is reasonable anot. So make your own decision. Rooms wise, the beds are abit hard but we are alright with it. The shower seems faulty as there’s always water coming out from the shower head and faucet no matter how we turn it. Lighting at the mirrors are abit too dark to do your make up too.

i love the proximity of the hotel to SM, the terminal and Pacific mall..staff were friendly, our room was clean and big, very strong wifi connection, the bathroom was spacious and clean as well. we havent tried their food though.well maybe next time!

The room in Lotus Blu was spacious. The bed and amenities were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a sufficient selection. Two thumbs up for value! The only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of hot water in the shower. At the hottest setting, the water was only lukewarm in room 405. As I stayed only for 1 night, I didn't bother to change rooms. Nonetheless, I would book again when in Legazpi. Will request a room with hot water.

No frills hotel. Within walking distance to SM Legazpi, good jump off point going to Naga and Sorsogon. Friendly staff, rooms are clean and linens / towels new. Breakfast limited and could improve.
