Excellent staff but not a good night's sleep”
We slept really badly at this hotel. First, let me say that the staff were amazingly helpful, the room looked very plush and the facilities great. It was also nice and clean. I dont know if power cuts are frequent in this area but the backup generator prevented this affecting us hardly at all. I only have one complaint but it ruined our night: the mattress is covered in plastic. On closer inspection in the morning it seemed to have been left in the thick plastic zip up protector that it came in before being covered with a sheet and bedding. I can see their thinking in terms of keeping it clean bt my god did it make a racket every time one of us moved. The result was that neither of us slept well AT ALL and woke grumpy and pissed off. We're it not for that one thing I would rate this a 3 if not 4 star accommodation. Please Lotus, remove the plastic!!

The room is large and clean, the price is quite high if you travel alone but highly recommeded for group of 2 or 3 and stay long period because it has kitchen. There is no much choices in breakfast buffet but the quality is acceptable
