    This was my third time booking at Louis V hotel. Its exceptional in all its aspects.. from cleanliness to the super service to the great staff. You really feel at home. The staff made me re-visit again - very professional and their welcoming is always warm. I would recommend anyone visit Louis V hotel.

    Hidden hotel at excellent location”

    The hotel is a nice all round hotel, the staff are welcoming and friendly Location is excellent easy access from the highway, right next ABC. Walking distance from Le Mall and Dbaieh Village Underground car parking exists on site

    Booking issues ”

    I paid extra money to get a suite with a sea view and all I got was a dirty suite without a sea view and very small. They changed my room after two days but I was staying for three days. Got me really frustrated

    Be careful! Ironing of 3 items costs 50 dollars ”

    I needed ironing of three dresses for my friend wedding and hotel charged me 50 dollars for this service. If you eat a bag of chips it will cost you 4 dollars . A phone call to a local zaatar&zeith 8 dollars . The price list was not given to me . I feel robbed . They behave like they provide Burj Al Arab Hotel services.Rooms are very average , small an basic . I am still shocked how how much they charge. I feel cheated and robbed . Never ever again. I don't recommend at all this Hotel.

    Terrible staff!”

    I booked on the same day and when I arrived at the check-in, the staff couldn’t find my booking. Agoda even called them and they didn’t bother to give me my room. I had prepaid online so I lost my money since the hotel didn’t bother to even look at my hotel booking and give me a room. Don’t go here!

    Excellent service and value of money”

    Pros: Provided us with good Sohour(early breakfast at Ramadan time) at room as we were fasting and not able to have breakfast at normal timing :) Provided us with free parking Provided us an extra bed for free :) They respond quickly to our requests. Staff are very helpful and friendly (this is the norm on Lebanon) Cons: Room was not big enough as I expected from a premium room. Maintenance was taking place at same floor afternoon were we could not take rest upon arrival
