In general was everything good. The staff is very kind and the food was good. The rooms are nice (ours with a lovely view). The hallway of the rooms was open air. This was beautiful but not practical. At nights kids are running and screaming in the hallway. This would keep me up at night… but all the rest was very nice!

spa sauna and hamman : everything is payable 16 euro per day; hotel is very isolated and no shuttle bus the to city. for a hotel which pretends 4 star and spa , we did not appreciate to have to pay for spa and we never used it. To note that we chose this hotel because the name of hotel is " Djerba Plaza Thalasso Spa" so you think there should be free access to sauna and hamman , same as breakfast.

sono stato a djerba altre 2 volte,ma questo hotel è stata una magnifica sorpresa per la cortesia del personale,per la camera e il bagni ampi,per la doccia funzionante,perchè ho usufruito di 2 massaggi gratuiti,per la piscina d'acqua di mare tiepida,per la buona qualità del cibo,non so dell'intrattenimento perchè nnon ne ho mai usufruito

チェックイン前から残念ながら喉と耳の痛みを覚え、ホテル滞在中に悪化し、2日目(土曜)は一日中ホテルで寝ている状況だった。午後4時ごろにフロントに電話して、医師の往診サービスを頼んだところ、午後6時ごろにやっと医師が来て診察・薬の処方してもらった。土曜日だったため開業している薬局も少なく、薬がフロントに届いたのは午後9時過ぎだった。 体調が最悪だったので、プールもビーチも入れなかったため、状況は不明。旅は健康第一。
