I have no dislikes

Liked that it was in a gated community and very close to everything. I liked there was security outside of the club house and very night. We were so busy we didn’t get to use the pool/hottub which was disappointing. . But the clubhouse was very nice and my daughter enjoyed playing in the play room. The only “off” day we had, the pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing. . but oh well.

I didn’t like that the pool/hot-tub closes at dusk. I wanted to get in the hot-tub after a long day at Disney, but couldn’t. . also, 2/4 beds at our condo I believe are broke and were not comfortable to sleep in.

Management was excellent! Had an incident with our TV service and was able to fix the problem IMMEDIATELY! Highly recommend. Will be booking again on my next trip.

I've stayed here with my family many times over the years when I visit Orlando, as I travel a few times every year. The location is pretty close to many stores and other areas of interest, which makes the driving experience easier for a tourist like me. The beds were very comfortable, and there's a TV in every room. Parking is great, you'll have a spot open near your room all of the time. Since I stayed late summer, many items weren't available in store, meaning I had to shop online to get what I wanted. Ordering items was easy, as the clubhouse holds them for you and protects them. The staff inside were good and friendly people as well. The property is well protected behind a password protected gate with security officers. It always feels safe even after hours. Lastly, the host is exceptional. He took care of any question that we had during our stay through contact using the Booking.com app.

The accommodation is excellent and in a superb location close to everything. We had a fantastic time and would definitely like to return someday.

Some cleaning products such as multi surface cleaner, furniture polish and bin bags would have been helpful but that is nit picking as otherwise everything was spot on.

We enjoyed the breakfast.

Initially the security guard had accused my kids of moving something without investigating the situation but I went and cleared it up. We didn't appreciate that because with the atmosphere in the US we didn't want to get caught up in foolishness.

Wonderful, upon arrival there was no check in, door opened with a code and made the process so much easier!

We liked everything about the property. The property had a coded lock on the door and I would have felt more comfortable with a inside locking deadbolt. However, that is very minor and did not distract from the propertie’s appeal.

The home was wonderful, the location, the pool have no complaints.

could have been an excellent experience but a conversation with host left a bad taste, one of the days the toilet was clogged the host tried to make it seem like it was our fault, even a plumber had to come in, long story short a piece of the toilet had to be replaced and the plumber said that due to the fact the the unit was old it happened all the time. Other than that it was a good experience, excellent location, excellent facilities, the unit had everything we could have needed and more.

They don't give breakfast at this place it like a condo with dish for you to be able to cook. This is the second time I've been here and we enjoy how quiet and clean this place is well token care of we have recommended this place to family members and friends.

Theirs nothing bad about this place.We are planning on coming back again hopefully next years with a big crowd of families.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The villa was nice, spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind revisiting Lucaya Village

Everything close by, very nice area and home was very comfortable and clean. The children loved the pool and park areas and the premises were very nice to walk around and see.

Great location - only 15 minutes from Disney parks and 25 minutes from Universal. Good selection of restaurants and supermarkets locally.

The dishwasher hadn’t been cleaned and the smell was horrible. As you pay a service charge for cleaning at this property this should have been sorted prior to our arrival!

We’ve stayed In Lucaya Village resort two years ago and fell in love with it. I was upset that the woman we rented from last time was booked, but luckily I found this gem the last minute. The location is convenient to everything and everywhere.
