Decent hotel not too far from the city center.”
The Lucky Star is located down the road from the heart of the city itself and next to many cafes and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the facilities clean, though our mini-fridge did wind up breaking down during our stay. The hotel itself is very bare-bones but that's fine for the location and price. They were also very helpful in arranging motorbikes for my fiance and I to rent so we could get out into the beautiful countryside outside the city. You could do much worse, especially for the value.

Overbooked and moved to their neighbour hotel”
I booked quite late, and I arrived quite shortly after I booked, however on arrival the staff had no idea I have booked and their hotel was fully booked already. After a simple phone call I got escorted to the next door hotel, which seems like half a star better and a bit more pricey, and I was given the same style room with more space and still no windows. It was comfortable, AC was good and overall clean. No complaints really except for the moment of worry when you arrive soaked by rain at 11PM and they tell you they are fully booked :)

The staff are friendly and appreciate to help or recomdend the attraction places should to go in Buon Me Thuot. The room is clean, however there is still mosquito inside. You can contact with receiptionist to rent the motobike easily with competion price.

It is a good value for the money and is a nice location in town to get to everything. Checkout times are fixed but checkin will vary by availability so don’t think you will be able to check in at noon. Call ahead.

Just wanted somewhere to sleep and this did a good job. The bed was soft and had good AC and a safe parking spot for my motorcycle. Only complaint is the bathroom wasn’t really that clean, and I wasn’t able to hold onto my passport like every hotel has allowed me.

Avoid booking in room 507”
I had stayed 2 nights before coming back and booked this hotel again. The first 2 nights was pretty good, but the last night is terrible. Room number 507 is next to the elevator. The sound coming from the air conditioner and the elevator keep annoying me for the whole night and I cannot sleep that night. So if anyone want to stay in this hotel, avoid booking room 507 until they fix their facility.

Value for money with acceptable room and services. However one of the lady at the receptionist is very rude with guess. I hired a motorbike in the morning and return on the next morning and she wanted to charge me for one and a half day. This is very ridiculous as I had been stayed here for several times during my business trip to Buon Me Thuoc. When I hired the motorbike nobody tell me that I have to return the bike before the next morning. Very disappointed with this specific receptionist.

Buyer beware ”
I booked a deluxe w twin bed, city view and 23m2 which is the larger room. Instead they gave me a standard twin and no windows and small 20m2. I complained to the hotel staff and they blamed it on Agoda for giving them info for 1kingbed and no window. When I contacted Agoda they told me my booking is what I described. Hotel refused to acknowledge this and made my stay miserable w 2 children. BMT has other better hotels. Please avoid this one
