It's a nice accomodation clean and near to bancal port. I just hope there is mini ref and kettle for hot water. Ms. Malou was so helpful to us she arranged our tour and van transfers going to bancal port. Will definitely come back again!

Base from my experience. It would be best to stay for 1 night near basalan port after a tiring Isla Gigantes island hoping. I highly recommend this place. Ludy'd Pension House is very convenient when it comes to accesibility. Plus their rooms are clean. They do also offer affordable food at it's finest. They are very accommodating. Their rooms are also affordable. Great value for your money. We really enjoyed our stay here. This place is a good option. It's only 2 mins walk to the port going to Isla Gigantes Imagine our flight is at 4:40am. We arrived at roxas airport by 5:29am. Then we rode a trike from airport to van terminal (arrived at 6am). We reached the balasan crossing by 7:30am. Then Ms. Malou from Ludy's arange our tricycle transportation going to Ludy's. We arrived at Ludy's by 8am. Since it's 2mins walk from the port we are able to catch up with our Day 1 - Isla Gigantes tour. We are thankful to Ms. Malou's arrangement. Thank you.

this place is the best place you can have before or after going to gigantes island! staffs are very great and the hotel is very near not just very its just the bancal port! very convenient in all access and take note! if you dont have a plan trip yet to isla gigantes they can accomodate and provide it for you in a very good price! i have nothing to say bad in this place because overall it was a great stay for us! definitely goin to book again here if we go to isla gigantes!

Very convenient for visitors to Gigantes”
Located about half a block from the port of Bancal which serves Gigantes, Ludy's is a very convenient overnight for people looking to visit Gigantes. The hotel is basic with AC but no hot water and the staff are welcoming and very attentive. They allowed me to keep my motorbike there while we visited Gigantes. Recommended

Very accommodating guests”
We arrived just before typhoon Tisoy hit so we were unfortunate to not see the Gigantes islands. However, the hospitality at Lucy's House was exceptional during our bad break. They gave us plenty of information about the weather situations, let us stay as long as we wanted after we checked out in order to use the Internet, helped us find transport back to Roxas, and even invited us to have lunch together. It felt like staying at a friend's house rather than an accommodation. When the weather is good and make the journey back to Charles, we will definately stay here again. Nothing else to do in this locale ”
Pros: literally three minutes walk to the Bancal Port, where the island hopping tours start from; 7/10 reliable Wi-Fi; has balcony where you can hang your wet clothes; big beds Cons: a review said they help with "paluto" but we weren't given that option after I requested; no hot water or ample shelving/drawer for toiletries; no food option aside from breakfast; it's FAR from the main town proper where everything is there... And the whole port side literally shuts down at 8pm, where there's NOWHERE close by to eat. Didn't clean our room after I specifically requested to and left the key with them. If you have a vehicle, stay elsewhere. Otherwise, suck it up with a close by (to the port that is) Pension house

If you're going to Isla de Gigantes. Ludy's is the most ideal place for you to stay in- walking distance from Bancal port, cozy rooms, clean bathroom, they have their own boat for their tour services (joiner/private). 4 of us stayed here for 2 nights. We got 1 room with 2 double beds. Owners for very very accommodating. They entertained us like family and even offered to cook dinner and breakfast for us. For a minimal fee of course. This place is definitely recommended!

The place is really nice and convenient when you're going to have a tour in Gigantes. It was a 1 minute walk towards the port or the meeting place. We're also really thankful for the staff! They were really accomodating.

The lady at the check in counter is rude. We had specifically booked for a room with 2 beds. Paid more than 2K pesos and the lady had the audacity to ask for an extra 700 pesos for having 4 in the room. Will never go back to this place.

Thank you very much for taking the time to give us feedback. Your booking is only for 2 guests but you sent 4 guests that is why we collect for the extra 2 guests. Kindly check to the Agoda website and change the number of guests into 4 adults so you can see that you will be paying more or less 2,755.31 pesos for 4 adults but instead you paid 2,150 only that is for 2 adults. The staff are very helpful and accomodating. Rooms are clean. Do not ask for their expertise on how to get around Carles and beyond...
