Right next to Bancal Port! ”
My tour was cancelled due to unfavorable weather, however, I am already at the location. There was no place to go so I asked the property if I can check in early. And they did! Check in time was supposed to be 2pm but I was able to check in the room at 9:30 AM. The room was also spacious for a solo traveler. It was also clean.

The great part of staying here is that it’s walking distance to Bancal port.. just maybe 3-4 minute walk.. we stay at Ludy’s2. Pension house, the room look newly renovated. Even the room is small, given that area it’s very acceptable. It’s clean.they provided towel,toilet paper, soap and shampoo.. coffee as well in the morning. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.. There was just an incident that after we came back from our Island day tour, we found that there is water dripping from the ceiling ,water drips directly in our bed, the staff said bec of the heavy rain and good thing they agreed to move us to a new room.. the aircon is working well, there is an overhead shower, a bidet the waterflow is abit slow but then again,it’s acceptable. Take note that after 5pm there is no nearby place to eat, good thing we have a car so we drive to Kamalig grill and chill and there is also Jamgyupsal..which open until 8-9pm We stayed for 2 night since it would be too tiring to drive after a day’s tour of island hopping.. Overall we are very satisfied with the stay and price also is affordable. Still highly recommended.

Ideal for those going on gigantes island toyr”
walking distance to bankal port, however if you arrive late night there is no place to eat nearby. better to bring your food from the city. No tv in the room, the room we’ve got is for 3-4 pax, the area of the room is enough. The owner accommodating and let us left our luggage for a day as we will spend overnight in gigantes.

Ludy’s Pension House is at the very gateway to Gigantes islands. We rented a family room which is good for six, it is spacious however there is a need for internet connection to be improved for it is very slow or intermittent. The water in comfort room is barely dropping when we checked in and the following day there is none at all. We requested help from the owner and we were allowed to take a bath at other rooms. Thank you for allowing us to use other bathrooms.

Best location if touring Islas de Gigantes…but…”
Nothing beats Ludy’s for its location if you’re visiting Islas de Gigantes. However, don’t expect a lot. The room is quite cramped for a group of 3 or 4 even if the room is advertised for 3 or 4.. Also, there’s no shower, just a pail and a tabo. Lastly, because the area is a port area, commercial and food establishments close before sunset. Best to eat your dinner by 5 PM at carinderias and at the Dampa which are walking distance from Ludy’s.
