Comfortable but old”

The Hotel is old and the bathrooms could do with some updates. Either than that, everything is is just fine. The bed is comfortable and the staffs are very friendly. The place was well located for us, between Mbabane and Manzini.

Reception area..not very clean and presentable Lift is soooo scarry...Definitely needs upgrade Passage carpets badly in need of washing and or replacing Carpets littered...the cleaners see dirty floors and just walk pass I left a platter at nite (after room service) for the cleaners to remove..the next day at 10am, this was still outside.. Lady at breakfast reception very unfriendly...teach your staff to be welcoming and have a smile on their faces...we are paying for services....it's not freeeee Your waiters at breakfast do not the difference between the teas Lugogo bar area....no waiters available...we waited 15 -25 minutes for service and decided to leave The whole place needs an uplift....STAFF & THE BUILDINGS I EXPECTED SO MUCH MORE AFTER SEEING THE ADVERT..Sadly it was all misleading.....Standards are NOT of INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

Poor Facility Standard. Unsatisfactory Staff Assistance. ”

1. I was given room 447 at the Lugogo Sun. 2. This room was found with an ineffective aircon unit which didn’t cool the room. When I reported this to Reception, they said they will definitely fix and they did not. The temperature was 35 degrees Celsius. 3. Then I found out that the shower head did not spray the water. The head was damaged. I reported this to reception who said they will get Maintenance to fix it. This did not happen! 4. Together with the damaged shower head, the subsequent problem was the spilling of water from the tap side of the bath down to the floor under the toilet and thus the basin. A flooded bathroom floor! I reported this as well but No service was rendered! 5. The hotel breakfast choose not to cater for my vegetarian requirements yet this was promised when I booked! I am dissatisfied with to unsatisfactory service provided by a Sun International facility! I will definitely be making this know to all persons and social media!

Rooms were not facilitated with heaters even in the winter. The good part was that a portable heater was provided efficiently upon request.

Nice hotel but nothing special”

It was nice but the bathroom is a bit old fashioned, the shower was complicated to regulate and had no harm. Made very difficult to shower children. When entering in the dining room, they kind of counted how many of us we were once and again...They were recoding exactly how many people were coming and what ages...a bit surprising
