The hotel is old, but the room is clean. Good place for short stay. They accomodate us for our early check-in around 7am. But has a fee for early check-in. Overall will still recommend it.

Booked to this hotel because they had a pool so my kids can swim. They also have a small playground and garden with different flowers. We had a pretty decent overnight stay. My only concern was the noise coming from the other room, maybe some renovation was being done and reception didn't bother to warn us. The shower from the pool area needed fixing as it was hard to turn it open and close. Also lights were also not working in the changing/ comfort rooms near the pool.

Renovations ”
Hotel is undergoing renovations. The outdoor pool was not in functional however they have an annex indoor pool which was. The rooms we got were the superior double and twin. Double room has double size bed not queen. The rooms were old but as mentioned the hotel is undergoing renovations. For Php1900 a night, was a pretty decent deal for a weekend getaway.

Staffs are not accomodating, no smiles, no greetings, no anything. They just get your signature and bwala! You may go to your room with your luggage without any help. The full carpet floor of the room makes my sons allergy worst! AIRCON is not working properly, if you turn it on high cool, it creates sounds like theres some parts falling. We just slept with a fan of the AC to avoid that noise. There was small coackroach!!!! I put my food of sweets (pasalubong from my colleague) in the ref, and expecting that ref is switch on, my goodness it was not yet plug in without my knowing! Breakfast is filipino style, so there was a 3pc small longganisa and 1 small egg with rice, with an instant nescafe stick, creamer and sugar. Beddings, this is my outmost concern, i want clean beddings and pillowcases but in this hotel, stinky!!! Will not recommend to others and will never come back again.

Cons: industrial park area; swimming pool under construction, no restaurant on site except for breakfast, not so clean- lizard poop, no hot water Pros: strong air conditioning, parking on site, early check in, front desk not helpful on what sites to see in Tarlac City, sheets and towels smelled nice

The staff was friendly and accommodating. It would greatly help tourist if they had knowledge of their own place which is Tarlac; tourist spots, nice scenic views or nature related trips that they can recommend to guests. The staff should also have info about usual food or products that Tarlac must be known for.

Friendly Staff.. Quiet and Relaxing Place”
The place and amenities are okay considering that they have a huge area for a garden, aviary and koi ponds. I understand that it is very challenging to maintain thus the hotel suffers a bit when it comes to maintaining the beauty of the area. But that's the only down side of this hotel. Although they have 2 pools, both can actually be considered as kiddie pool since the larger one is only about 3 ft deep. I thought this is a disadvantage but surprisingly the kids enjoyed it. This is also the first time I am seeing all the kids (with my pamangkins) enjoyed an adult sized pool but is within their reach! We played games and had fun with the large pool despite it being just 3 ft deep. The staffs were friendly and had no issues with them. Probably it helped that the hotel was not that crowded and busy. It has only few rooms and buildings are just 2 storey high.

nice hotel with swimming pool though a bit far from the nearest establishments (5mins approximate by car). the hotel will provide transportation going out the hotel but you will need to provide yourself a transportation going back (rent a tricycle). but if you have your own service that will not be a problem. staff was very accomodating, we have minor issues but this staff (ms Rose) make her best to resolve it. overall,it was a nice stay and will definitely come back to this hotel.

What type of traveler ”
The hotel is tucked away to an un-maintained park which is scary at night. The description of accommodation is inaccurate. I booked superior two double beds instead we were given 2 twin beds that accommodate 1 person per bed. They have no bigger beds to accommodate 2 adults or children for that matter. The description is misleading.

Belongings taken from room and hotel property, wifi didn't work in room (asked several times and received same response), shuttle upon availability ( not often) and when available very high fee, no response when trying to correspond emails for airport transfer. Food and front desk staff were good.

Owner needs to renew Hotel ”
Good stay but Hitel is a little run down . Chinese pinoy owners have not kept the place up . No hot water one night. Rooms smelled musty. Staff were VERY good and professional.

Mediocre at best”
Mediocre staff and facilities; our room located on the ground floor smelled nasty (strongly smelled of wet carpet/dog); everything looked old, which made it a bit on the pricey side... On the plus side, great location and wifi available.
