We had stayed three day at Club mahindra - Virajpet. Pros: Excellent Location Many In house activities. Excellent staffs Beautiful scenic and calm environment. Excellent Breakfast Buffet. Clean Infinity pool Cons: The road to the resort is pathetic. Especially the last 4 kms. We wanted to go out for few sightseeing however we hold back thinking about the pathetic 8 kms we had to cover. The Club Mahindra board in the road between madikeri adn Virajpet is faded badly. we went all the way to Virajpet city and came back to resort. Highly appreciate if management could do something to the above. Apart from the above, we had a wonderful stay and beautiful memories from Club Mahindra.

This was a solo trip with my teenage son. Service: 5 stars- The staff are most helpful courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make your holiday memorable. They helped us with options for sightseeing and reccomendation for hiring a safe and comfortable taxi. When we enquired for a coffee plantation tour ( since we didn’t have our own vehicle) they took us on a guided tour of a nearby plantation (there is a nominal charge). Food: 5 stars- Each item we ordered was flavourful and was promptly served. On our second day it was pouring, and we ordered food in our room. It was neatly and promptly delivered ( although I anticipated a delay as the kitchen and rooms aren’t connected)!! Top marks to the chef and the service staff !! Location: It’s just off the main road yet neatly tucked away quiet haven. The greens and water bodies are very well maintained. The only (slight )negative is that one needs to have their own vehicle to get to nearby places else you book a taxi l.

Pros- •The most humble and active staff members. •Beautiful location, they even have their own pond! •The rooms(cottages) were spacious, clean and hygienic. •good food •Peace at its peak, you can meditate anywhere because the whole area is so peaceful! There are no cons as such, it’s just that the place is a bit on the interior side from the main city; Virajpet. Thank you.

Taxes mentioned while booking was 12% , but forced me to pay 18%. For 3 days of stay, the freebies along with room was provided only on demand. They don't even bother to check, are you comfortable after check-in. Always, demand for immediate money , if you order food or refreshments (like a lodge); as if you are running away. They forced me to pay advance, whereas there was no such condition while booking. Invoice provided is like a fake paper; not sure they deposit amount with Indian Government Treasury. The door mat is only cleaned, after demand ( Had lot of dust, on day one). Finally, they didn't allow driver to use accommodation meant for driver. I don't recommend Suroor Tourist Home. I hope, Agoda arrangerefund for such unpleasant stay.
