Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in”
Recently opened again due to covid 19 so we booked a night for my wife’s bday. Staff great and lovely location but let down by the room. Even though I put the temperature to 19 degrees we had to open the side door for some fresh air. But even worse was the quality of the bed and pillows, absolutely no support in the mattress and I only weigh 70 kilos! I’d visit luton hoo for afternoon tea or a day trip again, but I only stay once they’ve spent some money on new mattresses. Unfortunately ruined our stay as we had a little one with us who couldn’t sleep properly either due to the heat.
