this place is perfectly situated in shinjuku - few mins walk from metro and from the famous shinjuku district. the host is very helpful and the instructions on how to reach the place were very clear. the apartment is clean and the area is quiet. We had a very wonderful stay and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Value for Money, Good Location”
The place is located 10 minutes walking distance from the prime Shinjuku area, quiet and cozy neighborhood. Comfortable home on the 6th floor with secure entrance and lift access. Facility includes fridge, air-conditioning, kettle, washing machine, wifi, toilet and separayed shower. The host Hiro was very helpful, provided detailed instructions and warm welcome. Small home with 2 beds, easily capable of accommodating 2 adults and a kid. If you enjoy local neighborhood and good location, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

A great stay nearby shinjuku area”
5 minutes walk to nishi shinjuku station. House fully equipped with basic kitchenette which really helpful for muslim traveller like us. House also equipped with washing machine. There is no tv but not a bit issue as we go out early & come back late. Host (Hiro san) very responsive. They also provide early check in/luggage storage prior to check in for minimum charge. Highly recommended.

It’s a perfect place for a family traveler who wants to save money for hotel expenses”
The apartment is in the nice place very near nishi shinjuku and shinjuku station where there there’s a lot of restaurants, convenience store and supermarket. Walking distance to shinjuku main area. Basic amenities were provided but the only thing i was not happy about was the bed has a very thin cover, and it was not cleaned or maybed not washed because it was so dirty and lots of hair, and so with the pillow covers and the blanket smells bad. We have to washed it by ourselves to have a comfortable sleep. I informed the owner mr. Hiro but no reply at all. Just so sad that he didn’t even reply my message until we checked out( we stayed 7 days) but no reply at all.😔 i suggest also that he put hangers too.

Dusty and not clean as what we thought of Japanese standards”
Bed and pillows were super dusty. Found hair and rubber bands on the sides of the mattress as well. Sheets didn't look clean

One of the worst rooms I've lived in, requires a lot of improvement! ”
Room was way too small and crammed. The facilities were not sufficient, there were cups in the cupboard but the cupboard door was jammed and could not be opened. The room really requires improvement.

We bought new sheets and bigger towels ~ to give enough time for the washed sheets/towels enough time to dry. 2. We had added more cleaning Staff. 3. We used not just one laundry service. 4. Thorough inspection of the room and facilities were done before the check-in time to make sure that everything are in order and equipments are operational. Worst experience ever! ”
Arrived to a disgusting uncleaned room, garbage everywhere, wet towels on the bed..tried numerous times to reach the room manager. When he finally returned my message it was the next day. He asked what the problem was so I again wrote out what had occurred and then again no message return!!.. This place needs to be removed off of agoda and every other rental site.

Cozy stay, close to Shinjuku”
This was such a cozy little apartment. Easy to find, and the communication was great! Walking distance to Shinjuku and all the restaurants, clubs, etc. But the alley way was very nice and quiet. Definitely would recommend this place.

Suitable for budget traveler ”
Walking distance(15mins) to Shinjuku if you gonna explore the area. West exit of Shinjuku Station turn to your left, take the lift up to level 2 instead.. don’t have to hurl the luggages up n down the overhead bridge. Rooms size is small but it’s expected for tokyo homes.

Near a Marounuchi Station, great private area”
The building is near a train station (M07), just a block away. Everything as advertised was delivered by the place! Will stay here again! For first timers, make sure to create your itineraries with train stops in advance (recommend Google maps as it details platforms and train stations)

このホストは無責任。 使うと、部屋に入れない、電話が繋がらない。 部屋の鍵は郵便箱に入っている。 郵便箱はダイヤルカギで暗証番号が必要。 しかし、受けたメールに番号が書いていない。 こちらからメールで尋ねても返事来ない。 電話は切っている。 連絡が全く出来ない。 部屋は掃除してない。 ベッド、臭い。シーツない。 ガスコンロ、使えない。 風呂、汚い。 今回、自分でどうにか部屋に入ったが、あなたは予約してしまうと、このホストに全く連絡取れないし、鍵keyを受け取れないでしょう。 チェックアウト後、メールしても返事なし。ただ、自動配信のメールが来るのみ。 無責任なホスト、アゴダも削除すべきです。

เตียงนอนนุ่มมากกกกก มากเกินไป ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ราคาไม่แพง แต่ไม่มีพนักงานให้บริการ ต้องเอากุญแจเองจาก mail box ทักพนักงานไปจะตอบช้า บอกว่ามีจักรยานให้ขับ แต่จริงๆคือไม่มี
