"originally we thought we booked a 2-room room for 4 people (all adults), however it turned out to be a 2-bed room and the room was really too small for 4 people to stay (ideally the room can accommodate 4 people). other than this i think this hotel is nice and comfort. they also provide coffee and tea as well as fruit (free) in the morning in lobby. the free metro is just opposite to the hotel, so good for tourists."

"We had a very bad experience at JW Marriott We didn't got the rooms we booked And we had to pay extra because they weren't big enough The alternative rooms were delievered 2 hours later then should And instead of compensation they tried to charge us for breakfast even though it was included in the deal! Never going back there!!!"

"I no longer feel that a room is just a room. The service and the hotel were amazing! I pretty much lived in the pool. I want to fly back to Miami just to stay at that hotel!!!!! Most of the staff were wonderful too. There was a time where I wanted to charge my bill to the room, and the staff kept coming out and acting weird about it. That was a bit strange, and I am still confused about that. I guess they wanted to be sure they got their tip. I went ahead and paid them the full amount right then and tipped 50 percent because they got me ice for my champagne and all kinds of stuff. I also paid then because they kept questioning what room I was in and acted hesitant to charge it to my room. Still, the other experience was so amazing I had to give it 5 stars! The hammocks in the pool are so amazing! "
