"It is a very nice, clean and cozy hotel, which the manager/owner, Paul names their home. I agree to Paul as it really is. The services here are excellent. Paul provides good recommendations on where in Edinburg to go. Paul is a nice guy. His warm hospitality to every guest is unforgetable. The breakfast that Paul's wife, Susan prepares every morning is superd. It gives you a good start of the day and the energy you need for your travel. You can feel the warmth and heart of the person who prepares it. I miss the home made breads, cakes, poached eggs and many other.
