Really nice homestay”
We spent two nights in Ly's Homestay in a Deluxue Room, it was the most beautiful room and bathroom we had in Vietnam. Ly was very friendly and helped us with tour and bus booking. The breakfast was also good. The location is in a quiet neigbourhood, 20 minutes walking to the center. My boyfriend ordered a suit at Ly's husband and was very satisfied.

Feels like home”
I suggest to pay few dollars more and you can have very beautiful room, with lots of space and balcony. First we booked the cheaper room, but it was really small with extra tiny bathroom, so we decided to move to the bigger room on top floor. Ly was very welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. She even organized collective dinner for all the guests. We had super tasty local food and chance to get to know each other. Breakfasts were delicious and portions were big. Also, if you need a good tailor, then Ly's backroom works as a tailor workshop. And if you need help to book plane/train/bus tickets, she can organize that and with a very reasonable prices.

Have no othe word as PERFECT!”
Don't even know what to start with, this place has the charm of the whole city. We've been travelling in asia for a month and Ly Phuc is definately will stay in our heart for a long time. You get everything what you need, and even more at one place. The room is comfortable and clean, it is being cleaned whenever you ask for it. The breakfast is amasing: you choose vietnamiese or the western food, both are tasty and fresh. And try there local white coffee, it's just fab. If you want to explore the city by motorbike or bicycle, can rent any over there. Also, Ms. Ly always helps and cares about you like a mom, she even made local burgers for us, so we wouldn't stay hungry while waiting at the airport. Thank you Ly Phuc and ecpesially Ms Ly for the help and care. Another story is that they also run a tailor shop, so for the good price and quality you can make whatever you want. We personally ordered quite a lot and in the end I can say that man clothing are very well-done and really high quality, the suit and two jackets look perfect on me. With the ladies it is a little bit different as you cann't ask for smth of a high fashion, my girlfriend made a lot of silk dresses and it look gorgeous, furthermore it's cheap,as in Europe you will never find a silk dress for 35$. And another big us, you can pay for everything by card.

Wonderful Family/Homely Homestay”
Our stay was fantastic! We ended up staying an extra night as we loved it so much. Ly's home and family are lovely and we couldn't of asked for more from a Homestay. The room, price, breakfast, bikes, in house tailor and location were perfect (5 minute cycle from old town)! Ly was always on hand to help with tours, taxi arrangement and local knowledge! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hoi An, so I suggest you don't either! Thanks Ly for a wonderful 4 nights!

Fairly good value”
It's quite a pleasant stay.As its in a quiet spot.it has a lot less structure than some of the other homestay places, and that's part of the charm.there are better deals around, yet this is still has a certain ambience. My only grudge would be a bit slow service.

Nice family run establishment”
We had a very nice stay. The family that runs the place is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included, which was nice. We rented bicycles and downtown is just a short ride away. They also arranged for a scooter rental and for our transport to the airport when we left. The room was nice, but the bathroom had short ceilings. No problem for me, but my boyfriend is over 6 feet and he couldn't stand up in there. Not a big deal, we still had had a nice stay overall. I even had a custom dress made here. I had a few alterations needed and it was all done before I had to check out.

Location is ok, very small room and small bed. ”
The room is quite small, location is near from The ancient town (for bike/motobike). The bed is also small. There is no water (free/sale) in the room. The owner lady is nice.

Very good”
This was the best home stay we have stayed at, set back off the road so it's nice and quiet no horns early in the morning! it was lovely to hire a bike to cycle into the town and to the beach. Ling (sorry if spelt incorrectly) was extremely helpful on ideas on where to go next and prices etc as she has worked in a travel agents. breakfast was great especially the banana pancake and fresh fruit. I would truly recommend staying here to anyone it's really clean and lots of hot water.

Hoi An Stay”
Great, rooms were very plain and didn't get cleaned during out stay of three days. The owner was incredibly helpful and drove us around town to book our bus and move our luggage.

Mixed bag..”
Started off well, when the room was over booked we were moved across the road to her uncles home stay, staff were brilliant there. Back at Ly Phuc breakfast is very basic but does the job when its free. Although the owner speaks decent English nobody else does even though they're all nice. Biggest flaw was booking transport with them! Booked flight and taxi.. No problems with prices but taxi was 40 mins late and only JUST made our check in.. Advice would be to book it all yourself and give yourself plenty of time.

Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere”
My friend and I stayed here for five nights. The room was nice and comfortable (ours was upstairs with a balcony, I think the downstairs ones were a bit more basic), and the freshly cooked breakfasts were delicious – though if you're in a hurry it might be better to get some food in town. The location is a bit far from the town center, but we didn't find it a problem. You can rent bikes cheaply from the homestay, and the ancient town is a 5 to 10 minute ride. Also, it's out of town in the direction of the beach, so that trip is shorter – maybe 10 minutes in a taxi. This is a true family run Homestay. The manager, Lee, takes great pride in it and goes out of her way to look after her guests. She even organized a party with cake when she found out it was my birthday! Her husband, Phuc, is a tailor, so getting clothes made is easy. My friend and I got heaps of stuff and it was great. Though if you want to get something made from a photograph, be aware that it might not come out exactly as you expect. I also recommend having dinner with the family one night. The food is amazing! Ly is the only one with good English, but the others have a little and there's always someone around who can at least call Ly for you if you need help with something. All in all, a lovely place to stay. I would definitely go back. :)

Very nice location and welcoming family”
We enjoyed our stay in Hoi An very much. Ly's homestay was very comfy and clean and we were pleased with the many services offered (bike rent, advice, laundry etc). The natural environment surrounding the house was also really nice and made this stay very special!

Welcoming and homely”
Owned by the loveliest lady who went out of her way to help us where ever possible. The room was nice and clean and the setting was a short walk away from the main town. It was perfect to get out of the busy centre and have a peaceful nights rest :) we loved it and would definitely recommend!

Great Value, Friendly and Helpful Service ”
Originally, we only booked three nights but after one night in Hoi An we extended our stay (total 1 week) and we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else but Ly Phuc. The service is fantastic! Ly and her family work hard to ensure the place is clean, comfortable and your needs are met. Breakfast is delicious and each meal is made for you from scratch by either Ly or her mom. Whenever we needed anything we simply asked Ly and she had very honest and helpful advice. Using her connections we booked flights, transit and all at reasonable prices (better than what we could find online). The homestay is situated just a short bike ride or walk from the old part of town and about equidistant from both An Bang and Cua Dia beaches, a lovely and very quiet property. After reading the reviews on the tailoring Ly’s husband offers, we took the plunge and ordered suits and shirts – the process was painless, the clothes of a very high quality for fair prices and the fit is fantastic (save yourself the time and hassle going into town to order clothes!). We look forward to many more stays at Ly Phuc on future trips to Vietnam and highly recommend staying here.
