Far resort ”
The location is far from the city or the highway. When I arrived, there was no electricity and since I just travelled for 3 hours, I need to rest or sleep but I can't since there was no Aircon and the generator is not on. ( don't you think I deserve a refund for this). You need to wait if there are tricycles going to the resort in order for you to go out of the resort. There's nothing in there except for the pool. No towels, no toilet tissue, no soap/shampoo, no basic needs. Actually I booked for 2 nights, buts since there's really nothing there, I left on the 2nd night. No Resto too...

There were termites at the door of our room. The employee tried to kill them with hot water but it did not work. The termites continuously coming out which is very close to the bed. They switched us to someone else room. I don't understand why someone will accept that. The swimming pool that is shown in the website is dirty and the one for the kids has no water. The other swimming pool is okay. There were other minor issues but were resolved.
