The room is clean and the desk staff provide us all of our requirements. Only one problem is about soundproofing, but it’s not their fault, because this place is near the bar(club). Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel. At least, I really like their hand brew coffee that is light roasted.

everything is good. location is good. Room is new and clean. Have wifi service. Staff is service-mind. Price is reasonable. The only bad point is only noise from nearby pub. If you are someone who sensitive with any noise when you are sleeping, this hotel is not suiable for you.

Non-existent room service”

Not sure if I missed out on any details about room service but across the 4 night I stayed not a single was my room made. Not sure I had to tell them or there should have been a place card for the door. Perhaps it never happens as there was already dead skin on my belongings as I left it in the bed. Also there's construction going right in front of this place so don't expect quite afternoon/nights if you choose to stay in. They happen to work really late as if no one sleeps around the constructions. The water in fridge isn't on the house and you have to pay for it. Literally nothing says the price of the items on the desk until you check out. The only upside about this place is it location to the central area but its situated along a shady alley where there's happy ending if that's your cup of tea. In all 3/5 and cannot recommend.

The place is very nice as the photo and comfortable, especially staff are very kind and accommodative. It’s better if there is a way to contact staff instead of having to go to the office desk. Apart from that, highly recommended

If you wouldn’t mind a little noise (cause building is situated beside a bar/club that plays music till max 3am) this is the perfect value for money accommodation! So clean and very much in a convenient location. Love my stay here

I think this hotel has great potential, from the design I thought the price is right. But when I stayed, there were so many issues: - the bed is hard and uncomfortable - the beddings are really rough, i felt itchy when I slept on it. That was after I asked the staff to change the softer bedding - no breakfast, the coffee downstairs only have croissant, nothing else to eat so you need to go out - huge construction in front of the hotel, extremely noisy from 5am every day including Sunday - hot water is limited, i want to have a hot bath but impossible. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff, they are nice and try hard to help but that cannot compensate for the inconvenience during my stay. It was a wrong choice

内装も綺麗で清掃も行き届いている。どんコイ通りから徒歩5分くらいで、市内主要観光地ならgrab500円以内でどこにでも行ける。スタッフは大体英語通じるし、お願いした事はやってくれる。

A/C is working well plus bathtub included. Staffs are cute and helpful. The bed is nice. There is one kitchen provide as well and the price is affordable. The location is a bit in the alley but safe to walk alone. Many stores nearby. Highly recommended. I would definitely come back.

ที่พักโอเคค่ะ ห้องน่ารักมาก อบอุ่น แต่หายากหน่อยเพราะอยู่ในซอย แต่ไม่ลึกมาก ใน grab ไม่ได้ปักมุดไว้ พอมาถึงเดินหาไม่เจอ ต้องถามคนแถวนั้นเอา ที่พักเป็นเหมือนอพาร์ตเมนต์ ไม่ใช่โรงแรมซะทีเดียว เพราะงั้นไม่แนะนำให้ไปพักเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ค่ะ อาจจะไปรบกวนคนที่เค้าอยู่มาก่อน อีกอย่างถ้าเข้าพักเป็นกลุ่มอาจจะไม่สะดวกสบายเท่าอยู่โรงแรม เพราะห้องเล็กด้วยค่ะ กางกระเป๋าเต็มใบ 2 ใบ ก็ไม่มีที่เดินแล้ว แนะนำสำหรับคนที่ไปคนเดียวหรือไปสองคนดีกว่าค่ะ อีกอย่างที่พักติดผับนะคะ ตอนกลางคืนจะได้ยินเสียงเพลงหน่อย

Về khâu nhận phòng + Bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ mình nhận phòng rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Bạn giới thiệu đầy đủ thông tin chổ ở và khu vui chơi trong toà nhà và bên ngoài 10/10 + Mình nhận phòng trễ hơn 30p so với giờ nhận phòng cố định là 14h vì được báo phòng chưa được dọn 5/10 Về phòng ngủ: mình book phòng deluxe có 2 cửa sổ ( chỉ mở được 1 cái ) + Phòng nhỏ xinh, đầy đủ đồ dùng, có tủ lạnh to nhưng không có máy sấy tóc và bàn ủi nha mọi người 7/10 + Giường ngủ to, có điều ga giường làm mình bị ngứa 4/10 + Cách âm giữa các phòng không được tốt lắm, nghe được tiếng mở cửa, bước chân nhưng cách âm so với bên ngoài các quán bar thì ok nhe 6,5/10 Sau khi thấy đánh giá khá cao của home thì mình quyết định book á nên thấy có hơi thất vọng 1 xíu xiu

Vị trí ngay trung tâm, thuận tiện đến các trung tâm thương mại và các địa điểm nổi tiếng ở Q1. Phòng sạch sẽ, nội thất tốt. Tuy nhiên sẽ hơi bị ồn vào buổi khuya vì quán bar bên cạnh, nếu ko sợ bị phiền tiếng ồn thì high recommend.
