Best way to end our family/clan outing”
I heard that Maayo Hotel is good. But I would say they're excellent. Friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Always with sincere smiles and kind words. The room is clean, updated, and comfy (conducive to sleeping). My niece woke up thinking she's sleeping in her comfy bed. But no! She's at Maayo Hotel. It made her feel she's home and safe. The food is great also. Lots of choices. One thing though for the room. It is great that the content of the Mini Bar are all free for us to consume. But it is better if you can increase the content to accommodate all of the room's guests. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Hotel and Staff”
Pleasantly surprised at how hotel surpassed our expectations. Hotel is modern yet very Filipino in its design. Amenities and facilities were excellent. The heated pool at the roof deck and the view made for a superb experience. The rooms were very clean, well-appointed, and everything worked (but for the television which didn't really matter). Breakfast was surprisingly generous, and the hotel staff were extra nice and all kind. Airport was conveniently close to the hotel. Make note that reception is at the very spacious 7th floor. An overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended, and crossing fingers that the hotel manages to maintain their wonderful service.

Super accomodating concierge she upgraded us when our request to have 1 single bed was not available. They provided welcome drinks Pool Area was soooo clean. It’s a bit warm and very relaxing and the view was stunning Food. Absolutely Delicious. TRY IT. The price are reasonable and the waiters are so accommodating Staff. They are very hospitable and they always greet with a smile. They offered all they have and suggest the best things to enjoy your stay. Mini bar food and drinks were provided It’s on a middle range rate but it was worth it. We’ll definitely come back if we have a future trip to Cebe

True to Its Name :)”
If you are looking for service with a PLUS and a hotel with the most reasonable price but of highest quality, Maayo Hotel is the place for you. True to its name, everything was "maayo" during our stay; the warm and smiling hotel staff, the fragrant, clean and well-maintained rooms and lobby area, and the very accessible location made us all regret not staying for more nights in this hotel. They even allowed to safe keep our things until the evening when we had our tour in Bohol (after check-out) at no extra cost. I am definitely going back and recommending this hotel to my friends. Thank you Maayo Hotel! :)

Exceptional”
Where do I start! The booking at the Maayo was last minute due to our flight being delayed to Manila, causing us to get later to Cebu than planned. The minute we walked into the hotel I knew it was something special. It's only one year old. Although being honest, you would think it had only opened the day before as it was immaculate. The staff on reception were so polite and happy. We were shown to our room which I totally fell in love with. The decoration, the style, the bedding, etc was amazing. Clearly top interior designers have been used to make these rooms perfect. Every-time I passed through reception the staff remembered my name, which I thought to be fantastic. The beautiful wood used in this hotel is amazing. Masses of it. Especially Teak Root. The Feng Shui is perfect. The lamps, the textiles etc where so beautiful, everything was different in each area giving a very different feel to zones.

Filipino Hospitality at its best”
We are absolutely amazed - this hotel was the best place we could have wished for to spend new year's eve with our family. The hospitality, the service, the interior, the staff, the food is OUTSTANDING and extraordinarily good! We enjoyed every minute and felt spoilt to be their guests. The friendliness comes natural and is sooo special, from the waitress and the front desk staff to the spa and house keeping staff, they all seemed happy and glad to be part of the Maayo family. So were we! If you come to Cebu, a city that is crowded and stressful, make sure to stay here. You will love this hotel with affordable prices, especially for what you get and how you are treated! Excellent Hotel that we stayed during our vacation”
This is by far the best place we got during our 3 weeks vacation. We stayed two times in this hotel. Great location, good food, the place is clean and well maintained. They’ve got the best customer service- all the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the management. Highly recommended to family and friends.

Pros: - Free Shuttle to SM and Parkmall - Good food inside the hotel - Breakfast is very good. - Many foodshops below the hotel like Coffe Bean and Tea Leaf, Japanese Restaurant, 7 eleven and more. - Hotel is connected with Maayo Clinic- The best 5 star place for medical diagnostics in the entire Cebu. - Service is similar to 5 star hotel - Price is 1/3 compared to 5 star hotels. - Room standard is 5 star. - Spa is good and cheap too. - There is a nice swimming pool overlooking. - Getting a transportation is easy and accessible. Cons: - Location. It actually depends. Its situated between Cebu City and the hotel. So it depends on your intended purpose. - Nothing other than this.

Great surprise, amasing experience ”
We stayed for one night and could've stayed longer. The rooms are big and super comfy. The restaurant has good food and very fair prices. The bar is in the rooftop same as the pool so it's enjoyable and pleasant to spend the evening there. The staff is super friendly. I was surprised by the low price compared from what we received. Price-value is excellent! The service is one of a 5 star hotel. Check out is at noon and they even let us stay until 1pm! We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended to any traveller, solos, families, couples or business trip, it suits everybody.

Simplicity and Class”
Maayo was my first stay in Cebu on my vacation from the US. They were accommodating and kind in every situation. Breakfast quality was A+ as well. I stayed at Marco Polo, Radisson Blu, Bayfront, Crown Regency, and Hennan Alona. While all those hotels were excellent, Maayo was the one that made me feel the most comfortable and at home. I'll definitely be staying there next time I visit.

I like there a lot. We’ve stayed in their family room and it’s spacious and comfy. The staff are so helpful and nice. The place is really clean and location is middle of airport and malls. So for me it is easy to roam around . Taking taxi all the time but also you could take My Bus outside the hotel to bring you to the airport and to the malls.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Maayo Hotel. The staff were lovely and were very accommodating and polite. The room was Exactly as requested and very clean. I had made a number of special requests of Maayo Hotel and ALL were done beautifully. The food was very good and the atmosphere is nice calm and friendly.

Very Clean Hotel”
Very clean rooms, facilities are great i.e pool is very clean and well maintained. There is a overlooking bar that you can relax and enjoy your dinner. Surprised with the selections of their breakfast buffet they are quite a lot to choose from and the staffs are very attentive. Especially Jerome and Mark from the breakfast buffet area.

Excellent Staff, Worth the Price”
The staff are 5* similar to the likes of the ones in Shangrila. But note that this is a business hotel. I like the restaurant on top called Ani- my favorite. The beds are comfortable and there is a 5* medical facility below should you want to be checked. Highly recommend.

A HOTEL STAY THAT'S ACTUALLY MAAYO FOR YOU”
Clean and luxurious, Maayo Hotel is definitely on top of our list of best hotels to stay at in the city. We knew we were in for a treat, starting with the warm welcome at checkin (big shoutout to Tara, whose excellent customer service skills is rare to come by these days). The captivating wood design of the lobby, spacious hallways, arresting views at the pool deck, and opulence of the roofdeck restaurant all contributed to an enchanting stay. But the piece de resistance was the room itself. Just like the swimming pool, the bed we were assigned wasn't exactly big, but what it lacked in size it made up for in sheer comfort. Plus our turquoise-accented room was also outfitted with not one but two blackout curtains. We didn't even know it was daylight until we had to check out!

Excellent room and services. Deserves to be 5 stars. We booked a room with breakfast and couldn’t make it to breakfast on our last night as we had a flight to catch at 6am. The hotel prepared packed breakfast for us when we check out at 3am!! What else can we ask for? Nice Christmas decor at the lobby and nice singers when we had the Christmas special Friday night buffet dinner too. Highly recommend. Great value.

This hotel is great... i made a unknowingly double booking in agoda I discovered when I got notification just in same time.. I informed cancelled one and informed agoda.. with some exchange email and verification agoda called me informed me that the Maayo Hotel wont refund fully.. I was disappointed I told agoda I will email Maayo Hotel since it's just double booking the reason the cancellation . Guess what ??? I got possitive response from them and email me back that they will return pi t fully my cancelled booking. This Maayo hotel they care and value their guests not just after your money they give you great service.. Hotel was so clean and tidy spacious and the mini bar free of charge and they replenish is everyday.. the amenities nice one too and love this hotel and definitely will recommend to my friends....

Great Hotel”
Cannot speak highly enough of the staff of this hotel who well and truly smother you with service and hospitality. After a long day of travel it was so refreshing to walk into the Maayo and to be greeted by a wonderful group of people. The room was fantastic and bed was so comfortable. We only dined in the main restaurant on the 7th floor but was blown away by the choice and flavours that were on offer. Although this hotel is located in an industrial part of the city it is no problem whatsoever to grab a taxi or a jeepney and grab a ride into the city. Close proximity to Pacific Mall also allows for a comfortable shopping experience without all the crowds. We will definitely be staying at the Maayo again when we visit Cebu. It is a big thumbs up from us!!

The location is great about 5-10 mins drive from the airport. The rooms are big and clean with comfortable quality beds. The staff are friendly and you can find a Coffee shop and Seven Eleven on the ground floor.
