staff were very accomodating and helpful, room was clean, but there were about four flights of stairs to climb to get to the room! Lavatory was clogged when we came in but this was immediately solved by the staff. We had a minor problem with heated water for the shower though... Otherwise it was okay, just a few minutes walk to the beach, crossing the highway.

The place is along the highway and easy to find.. also 5mins walk to the beach.. when you are in the balcony it is overlooking the beach.. the only thing im not satisfied is that the rooms are in the 3rd floor but no elevator... My friend with her baby had a hard time climbing the stairs and also shower is not working well.. but all in all its a good stay...

Not advisable for senior citizens. Rooms are located at the 3rd floor. NO ELEVATOR. Budget friendly, recommended for backpackers. Hotel G and Planet G is the same (different names used in Agoda).

Kinda okay for its price. The room for 4, but can fit 6, is spacious enough although the bathroom lacks basic bathroom accessories(hooks, rods, mirror) for wet clothes to dry to or even for the toiletries.

Busted restroom, unhelpful staff”

We checked in at around 7pm during peak season and had to deal with a clogged toilet (which backed up whenever one tried to flush it, resulting in the smell of raw sewage inside the room) for one night before staff thought of transferring us to another room. No parking here, so if you're bringing a car, look for another hotel. The only bright spot was the restaurant downstairs, which was decent. Oh wait, no elevators too.

Not online booking friendly”

No one is replying on my inquiries and messages. Plus the place is not on beach front. You’ll need to cross a highway. Mostly of their bookings are not refundable which means they are taking away your money even if you are not able to consumate your stay. Very bad experience.

Hotel is accessible to beach, 3-5 minutes walk. No early check in even if you pay for advance hours. Room is ok for the price. Suggest 3-4 pax usage of room to max the benefits. The bar/resto on the first floor is pricey but hotel is near other food shops.

small bed leak in ceiling no shower curtain no hot water unclean towels (there were hairstrands in the new towel provided) you can feel the spring in the bed noisy(theres a bar/club in the 2F)
