Pro: 1. Unit is good and has enough space for 2 adults and a 7year old child. 2. Good view Cons: 1. The owner/manager did not look in to welcome us to his unit. The front desk was unable to contact the agent. We had to go up and find for ourselves an unlocked door. 2.The bathroom floor is flooded. I informed the front desk. Maintenance came but, so far (2nd day), no action has been taken. We are mopping mopping mopping the floor to keep dry. 3. No coffee, tea, hair dryer, and toiletries like the advertisement mentioned.

Disappointing stay”
The location was fine. Check in was a pain. Booked room through Agoda and the security at lobby didn't have our info. They don't have WiFi in the lobby so I couldn't pull up the infor I with the owners phone number for the security person to call. Got to our room and it was not very clean. Opened up the rice cooker and there was old rice in it. Had to clean that. Bathroom and bedroom smelled very moldy. Did not have TV hooked up and refrigerator was not on. Called to get these things taken care of. They got the refrigerator turned on but stated they would be back to get a set up for the TV. We we're there for 4 nights and they never came back to fix it. Terrible stay and not impressed.

Nice small apartment in new development”
The apartment is in a new 17 storey residential tower, forming part of a larger development of several towers. There are some restaurants, coffee shops and a supernarket etc on the ground floor. The development has a lovely big swimming pool and decent gym. Everything looks good as the development is still new. The beach is not too far away. The apartment is fairly small, but okay for a short stay. It is facing the rear of the development so doesn't have any sea view. It lacks a few kitchen equipment and utensils plus a couple of lamps for lower intensity lighting.

They Overlook the Detail”
The room fixtures were good but the attention to details was poor! No bottle opener, no can opener, a room for 3 persons with 1 towel, 1 mug for coffee, 2 plates etc., no balcony chairs, 1 saucepan that had burnt remains on the bottom, no knife sharpe enough to cut a lemon ... you get the picture. :( Most of this was put right when I complained but should I have to complain before it is done? When an additional towel arrived she said it was dirty and put it in the washing machine indicating that I use it after it finished washing! They tried to charge for beach access and only because I argued their post didn't mention paying that they eventually agreed to give me a free pass. The location was convienient and the sand beach was a welcome alternative to Mactan mud and Cebu City pollution. I will certainly return to Newtown but will look for better accomodation, if on vacation and certainly if on business I do not want the stress of having to ask for everything!

우선 숙박내용에대한 자세한정보가 안나와있고 따른 알림도 없어 너무 불편했어요 . 아고다에 조그맣게 나와있는 체크인시간이 2시~6시까지라니 .. 이걸못보거 밤에 도착했는데 호스트에게연락해도 딱히 답변도 없고 ㅜ 도착해서 앞에 보안관 ? 경비? 분들에게 보여주니까 계속 기다리라는말밖에없구 답답했어요 ㅜ 친구들이랑 답답한데 겅비원들은 계속 떠들고 농담하고 ㅜ 에어비앤비라는 정보를 좀더 정확히 포시해줬음 합니다 주변에 스타벅스와 편의점 왓슨스가 있어 편리했어요 호텔이 아니다뷰니 이불도 약간찝찝하긴 했어요
