I stayed here for 2D1N. All the experience was good, the scenery was absolutely the MVP here, taking a trip to the rock collection and air-walking was a masterpiece. The downside of Madagui is the reception, I didn't know what we had done to piss her off, she seems really mad at us lol. Should have some transportation for guests to check-in, our bus drop us at the restaurant and I called reception but they told us to walk 1km carrying a 20kg suitcase on a rocky road.

Good for back to nature. It would be better if mini shop open there. If you be there make sure you have things as I have young kids. Lots of mosquito so make sure you bring spray. We went during Tet so the breakfast shut down. Some Staff not speak English it’s hard to communicate. But we had a good time there.

Lovely place, lovely staff, great room ”
The resort was very busy during the Tet week and however even so we could escape the crowds via 5 minute walk into the forest down paved pathways which took you to another world. The peace and quite of the forest is hard to find in Vietnam however Madagui delivered. As we had a two year old toddler we didn't take advantage of the many facilities such as zip wires, paintballing, grass sliding etc however feeding the crocodiles and swimming in our lovely villa pool was a lovely substitute. The staff were very helpful and the prices for food and mini bar were very good value. If we were nit picking it would have been nice if the menu was a little more varied but that aside a great place to get away from the hurly burly of Ho Chi Minh

Resort is rather good, except 1 trouble that water is very dirty, it has mud. Even the water was cut off in the morning, we call receptionist many times but they only said waiting ... waiting till 1.5 hours later, after that we suggest to check-out late due to lost time to wait for tap- water this morning, but they said cannot. We are uncomfortable for this solution.

the atmosphere is so nice. the room is quite okay, if compare with the money we pay. although the resort is located a little far away from the main area, hotel staffs were really helpful, especially if you ask about the local community and the places to get to know about the local community.

room with sewage smell and bad ventilation”
Our rooms are very uncomfortable due to the constant bad smell from the toilet's drainage, and our rooms are big and with many windows but there's not a single window that can be open (all with fixed glass) so it makes the bad smell trapped inside the room. Due to the all-fixed-windows design so the rooms are equipped with air-conditioners, and in fact it is really stupid because the resort is located among the forest with mild to cool weather all year round, so if it is well ventilated just by open windows, it doesn't need to have air-conditioning all year round and make it much 'greener' by saving energy and people staying inside the rooms can enjoy fresh air too. The open-windows might need to install net to keep away insects.

Room is fine for two (2) persons only. Room rates and other service fees are reasonable. Service quality for breakfast and dinner was not great but seemed right for what you pay. Swimming pools are large but shallow for adults. Elephant water fall and lake are very nice and peaceful.

Have low expectations ”
Have low expectations, otherwise you will be disappointed. I believe the appropriate guest would be younger budget travellers, company team building retreats or in transit to Dalat. Certainly not a destination for couples with relaxation and escape plans.

if you enjoy walking and hiking, go for it. otherwise, you have to pay for everything. food is ok but expensive, triple price than outside Phuong Trang bus stop nest to it. maybe good for big group, teambuiding, not for solo or couples.

This will be the first and last time. We got to the resort and staff were unfriendly and do not speak English. They wanted to hold our passports which was ridiculous. Lady told us the transport from point to point in the resort was conplimentary but we ended up paying because we couldn't be bothered to argue. Food was horrible.... There was only ONE restaurant open in the whole resort! The food was pretty disgusting and were served cold. The activities were not as exciting as shown on their website.eg. Water ball was not ready. Pool was filled with algae. Deer enclosure was an extremely far walk from the centre point of the resort and we could hardly see any deers. We thought of getting a car to take us on a tour, they insisted we paid for 6 people (because there were six seats to fill in the car) although there were only 2 of us..... Which we thought was absurd and they rushed us to end the tour because the driver needs to go home. The rooms were average. The only thing we did was the zipline. Not worth the travel if you are not around the area and need to kill time.

good hotel, food not up to par”
good hotel, but food not up to par. only Vietnamese food available and not very well prepared. the surroundings where beautiful with nice walks. a good size pool but not deeper than 3 feet(1 meter). Zip line a lot of fun. paint ball facilities good. Rafting very bad, did not last more than 15 minutes so t was very expensive for what they offerd.
