The manager she made sure if anything was broken she had it fixed

The view. Was supposed to be ocean view beach front sadly it was not. I sent the manager all proof of what it was supposed to be but nothing was ever done

It was across the street from John’s Pass where you could easily walk to and be able to shop, eat, fish, and enjoy yourself with your family!

Listed as ocean view but mostly see John’s Pass! Can see ocean if you hang your head around the balcony! When we arrived the condo was not clean at all! There was coffee grinds in the coffee pot and on the counter! Food on the floor throughout the entire condo, bathrooms were not clean which included the showers! The washer was full of seaweed that I had to completely clean out before washing clothes! The fridge was dirty on the inside and out, also the sink was dirty! Ceiling fan and light in the living room wouldn’t work! Called to let them know it was dirty at 5:30 and waited two hours with no call back! Called again and finally got a hold of someone who then had to make calls to see if someone could come back and clean! By this time it was 7:30 and when someone was finally able to come and clean it was 8:30! At this time our family was now eating dinner and they lady that came I just had her do the bare minimum because I wasn’t going to have her clean up my kids mess of food on the floor! The lady was extremely nice and cleaned up what I asked and changed out the bed sheets! Then after all this they never sent the person to fix the light and fan! So then I had to call again! Then when the guy came to fix that we were cooking dinner for that night! Well he started flipping the breaker box to reset it which wasn’t even labeled right! In the process of all this he flipped the breaker to the stove top and we didn’t know until 20 minutes after he had left and the Mac and cheese was no longer cooking! Needless to say we called again to only fix it ourselves! Then when I called Monday to talk to someone about everything, they said they would talk to the manager and either they would call me back or the manager would! Never got a call back from anyone! The sad part was I didn’t even ask them for money back!

coffee pot didn’t work correctly, door to master bedroom didn’t open to balcony, wasn’t an ocean view, pool wasn’t open, staff was rude at rental location,

Spacious for family! Lovely view, and location is near everything you need.

Everything
