Location is good but poor amenities. ”
I was excited to see the hotel but was surprised when i entered my room. The amount i paid does not match for what i got. For example, the bed sheet and bed cover both have holes in it. It looks like it was more than 5 years old and i think the management does not care if they still use it. They provide extra pillow which is piled in a old cabinet inside the room and you will have second thoughts if you will use it. They provide pail in the bathroom but it was from an old paint bin. Housekeeping did not bother to clean up the mess along the hallway. I left the hotel in the morning and saw used cups and plates and they are still in the hallway when i got back from the tour in the afternoon.I cannot believe that i paid almost P2,400 for 2 nights to get that lousy amenities and features. The management are not hoteliers because if they are, they will go after the good hotel experience of their guests.I hope you will make an ocular inspection first before loading it to your site. My only compliment during my stay is the location is accessible to malls and the front office ladies are helpful when i asked for directions. Not happy and very disappointed!

No elevator in 4 story hotel. No phone in room. No wifi. Air con is on or off (not user adjustable). After taxes and fees, this room rate was 2X too much for what it is.

Stinky smell ”
The location itself is good , value for money with free breakfast but the only problem is when I first get in the room there is a stinky smell, i don't know where it came from, plus there are some ants crawling on the floor and the aircon is a bit noisy .

Pros: Good location and easily accessible. Some of the staff are helpful. Cons: The water is dirty (color yellow), old rooms and the linens smell like it was stored for so long, the beds are lumpy and you could feel the spring, no exhaust fan in the CR, and it is not PWD friendly.

Krásný výhled ze střechy”
Hotel je velmi dobře umístěný. Co nedojdete pěšky dojedete jipney nebo motorelou. Na recepci byli vstřícní poradit ale jinak personál absolutní nezájem. To jsme jinde na Filipínách nezažili. Výhled ze střechy je luxusní a nikdo tam nechodí.
