Couldn't beat value”
The first thing that caught my attention was its approach and catering to families, especially with young children. The boxed breakfast menu was perfect during this covid season and perfectly prepared. The staff was warm and welcoming from the very first day. I was hesitant to believe the reviews considering its size and the layout, however it met every expectation in regards to cleanliness, facilities, and hygiene. I had two notes for staff. 1. for some reason my toilet was using hot water for flushing, and not just warm, but scolding hot. I could feel the heat coming off it, and definitely not good when waste sat there for more than 30 seconds. 2. There were ants that appeared first day after leaving a used cup of coffee in trash overnight. Suddenly, i coulnd't have food because they came out none stop. Other than that, you might have a loud neighbor or two which unfortunately can be heard pretty easily, but that's no real fault of the hotel.

Overall Stay”
The kids enjoyed everything! There was plenty of entertainment around the property to keep them occupied. I understand that due to covid there were a lot of changes that needed to be made, so the experience may not be the same as before covid. All of the staff were nice. Our fridge was broken when we checked in and we didn’t realize it until 2 hours when everything was still hot. We called the office and they didn’t take long to replace it. The only complaint I have is that I wish the microwaves could have been in the rooms, but they we’re too far from my room, so it wasn’t that bad. The only thing the kids were upset about was the big green wooden club house, in the playground area, that was locked during our whole stay. They really wanted to play in there but we were told it’s closed, with no reason. I’m guessing due to covid. Maybe it will be open the next time we visit, after covid is gone or things get back to a little more normality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Value for your Money”
Rooms were mostly clean. Tiny ants by the sink. Had loud obnoxious drunk neighbors stay up till all hours of the night partying and then vomiting. Yes we could hear it all. Not fun when your 5 year old is trying to sleep. The beds unfortunately were horrible. Would’ve disregarded most of this if the beds at least were decent.

My family stayed two nights and the room was pretty clean but when it came down to the bathrooms, it was dirty. The tub had hairs and dirt. The walls were dirty and also had hairs. The was main reason why we didn’t really like it.

There were property fees, I guess for the breakfast & amenities. Breakfast was super crowded couldn’t get between tables. They seem to have too many in one room. Also we went early, when it was not supposed to be crowded. Very limited breakfast. Rooms were not the best. Carpet was nasty, wear shoes at all times & very loud could hear people all night

Didn’t even check in ”
Like slapping lipstick on a pig. Disgusting grounds. Lots of religious signs on property that made us uncomfortable. Unhelpful front desk staff. The type of people who rent here are not the type of people you want your kids around. When I asked about security at night, I was told “what security?” No thanks. I took my credit card and license back and walked out.

I stayed at magic moments while in Florida to celebrate my sons 1st Birthday! Upon arriving I wasn’t excited to find out the rooms were outside. since this isn’t something I would’ve picked traveling with a baby. I was pleasantly Surprised checking in was the easy , the room was spotless and the place was beautiful! I loved all the things they have for kids. Breakfast was also good not awesome but it saves money. Only thing was room service takes forever to come but I understand their all on foot with no elevators. I also didn’t get towels and wash cloths the night before my check out date guess their scared they would be stolen. I would totally stay at magic moments again it was great! Right in the mix of everything . Thank you magic moment for making my sons first birthday Magical!!!

Best place for a family! Costumer service is the best we’ve ever experienced ”
My kids range from 11 to 3 and it was a perfect fit for our entire family. The amenities were fantastic and it was just so relaxing to be outside of the hotel and enjoy time together playing Legos, swimming or just watching them play on the playground. I love the environment and how encouraging and uplifting it was to see God’s word
