猫のおしっこだらけ猫屋敷”

宿の中を自由に歩き回っていて、おしっこの悪臭が酷かったです。スタッフはそのことを認識していたのだと思います。なぜならば、50センチ間隔に超特大の消臭ビーズを所狭しと並べていたので…。客室まで悪臭がしておりこの宿をとったことを後悔しました。温泉は以前より気に入っていて、日帰り利用だったので今回は泊まってみようかと予約しましたが、宿は温泉施設とは別館で隣の棟となっていたので、現状が分からなかったのです。とんでもない目に遭いました。猫アレルギーもあったので事前に知っていたら泊まらなかったのに、宿の情報に何もありませんでした。騙された気持ちです。それから、お客さんの靴を収納している、というかただ乱雑に並べてあるだけの収納スペースの用な場所が猫たちの食事スペース兼になっていて、猫たちの食べカスが散らかっていたり、靴に猫の毛がついていたり、猫に踏み潰されていたり、靴で遊ばれていたり、スタッフに指摘しても平謝りで改善することもなく、衛生面でもサービス面でも最低な宿でした。ここはおススメできません。とにかく臭いし、汚い。
