This is not a home stay but literally just a random person’s house. The woman which lives there doesn’t care at all about her customers. She didn’t greet us at all showed us the room and called her daughter to let her ask us if we got corona. Her kid was yelling the whole day while the TV was running. While I was making myself some instant noodles she started to beat her son. As there is no key for the room I was already thinking that someone might go in our room and put a glass with water behind the door to check if someone enters. When we came back the glass with water was gone so she had been obviously sneaking around in our room. She told us we were to late for breakfast but we argued and realized that she just wasn’t prepared for breakfast and gave us instant noodles. We’re living in Vietnam including for a period with a Vietnamese family but that was one of my worst experiences in accommodation here.

Die Familie ist sehr nett. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 12USD und uns wurde ein Zimmer gezeigt, das wir für zwei Nächte bezogen. Beim Check Out wurden von uns dann 16USD verlangt, weil es ein größeres Zimmer war. Das kleinere Zimmer wurde uns nicht gezeigt. Wir haben in der Unterkunft dreimal gegessen und dafür wurden nochmal extra 500.000VND berechnet. Eigentlich dachten wir, wir wurden eingeladen.
