They entered the room when no one was there. That's not ok. The rest is fine for a budget place but try to avoid Ha Long city if you can..

Vệ sinh ở tầng 2 phải dùng chung, điều hòa cũ nên ồn. Điều hòa kêu như xe tăng. Vệ sinh ko đc sạch sẽ lắm. Ko dầu gội, khăn tắm. Phải đi xin mới có đồ. Mình đi cviec nên chỉ cần chỗ ngủ thôi nên còn cho sao.
